Rockwell Collins does not publish User’s Manual. However, an Abbreviated Component Maintenance

Manual (ACMM), which is still being written for UMTS-2100, will be available to customers. Once

completed, a copy of this manual can be made available to FCC staff, upon request.

Note: UMTS-2100 is designed to meet the requirements of ARINC 763-3, RTCA DO-160D, RTCA DO-

178B Level E, DO-254 and is operated by trained pilots as part of standard commercial aircraft systems.
