12 3 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS1. First Time Power On: Auto Pairing2. Standard Power On: Auto-Linking Mode After the first time, whenever you power on the earbuds, the blue LED will flash slowly indicating that your earbuds are in Auto-Linking Mode (trying to re-link to a previously paired device) that is within the normal pairing range of about 33-feet. If your earbuds do not find a previously paired device that is in range and turned ‘on’ within 3 minutes, they will power OFF to extend the battery life.4. Power Off To turn earbuds ‘Off’ at any time, PRESS and HOLD the Multi-Function Button ( ) on the control dongle for about 3 seconds. You will hear the voice prompt say “Power Off”. The red LED flashes three times and then the power shuts off. The first time you power on the earbuds, place only the left ear bud in your left ear so you can hold the control dongle in your right hand to see the control buttons and the LED indicator and still hear the confirming voice prompts in your left ear. Once the ear buds have turned on and paired with your Bluetooth device, insert the right ear bud in your right ear.PRESS and HOLD the Multi-Function Button ( ) on the control dongle for about 3 seconds until you hear the “Power On” voice prompt. The first time the eabuds are powered on they will enter auto-pairing mode, indicated by flashing red and blue LEDs and a “Pairing” voice prompt. a) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (check in Settings or Options). b) “iHome iB76” will apear on your device’s Bluetooth menu. c) Select “iHome iB76 to complete pairing. You will hear the voice prompt say “Your device is connected”. NOTE: If your Bluetooth device asks for a Password or a PIN to complete the pairing process, enter “0000” on the keypad of your device. You are now ready to begin streaming music wirelessly from your Bluetooth device to your iHome iB76 Bluetooth earbuds.5. Using Your iHome Bluetooth Ear Buds The following chart explains the basic functions and operations of your Bluetooth earbuds.3. Manually Pairing Your iHome Earbuds With Your Bluetooth Device NOTE: Your ear buds must be ‘Off’’ to begin the manual pairing process. With the ear buds in ‘Off’ mode, PRESS and HOLD the Multi-Function Button ( ) on the control dongle for about 8 seconds. After 3 seconds you will hear the “Power On” voice prompt, followed after another 5 seconds by the “Pairing” voice prompt and flashing red and blue LEDs. Release the Multi-Function Button ( ). Charging Your iHome Ear Buds Your iHome Bluetooth ear buds operate on a built-in rechargeable battery. Although the battery was fully charged when it left our factory, the battery can lose power even during periods of non-use. Make sure to charge the battery before using the phone for the first time.To charge the battery connect the larger plug of the included USB charging cable to the powered USB port of a computer or a USB/AC adapter and then connect the smaller plug to the USB charging port on side of the control dongle as shown in the illustration. The Charging Indicator will glow red while the ear buds are charging. The indicator will turn off when the ear buds are fully charged and ready to use.When fully charged the battery should provide up to 7 hours of talk time or music playing time at a normal listening level. If operated at maximum volume the music playing time will be reduced. NOTE: While charging, the earbud power will turn off to conserve battery power and minimize charging time.3. Wearing Your iHome Ear BudsThe ‘M’ size silicon tips were installed on the ear buds at our factory. If you wish to change to either the ‘S’ or ‘L’ size tips simply pull the ‘M’ size tips off the ear buds and replace them with the ‘S’ or ‘L’ size tips. Be sure to push the ‘S’ or ‘L’ size tips on to the ear buds until they are firmly seated on the tubes so that the tips do not come off the ear buds when you remove them from your ears. Using the proper size tips will insure that you get the best possible seal in your ear canal and provide the best audio quality.The recommended usage is to position the cable behind your neck before inserting the ear buds in your ears. The ear buds should be worn with the control dongle on your right side.Note: Noise isolation ear buds like the iB76 are designed to provide a good seal in your ears and block outside sounds. Charger vos écouteurs-boutonsVos écouteurs-boutons iHome fonctionnent avec une batterie lithium-ion intégrée rechargeable. Bien que la batterie ait été complètement chargée à la sortie d’usine, elle peut, comme toutes les batteries, enregistrer une certaine consommation de courant pendant les périodes de non-utilisation. Pour bénéficier des meilleurs résultats, nous vous recommandons de charger la batterie pendant environ avant d'utiliser vos écouteurs-boutons pour la première fois.Pour charger la batterie, branchez le grand connecteur du câble de charge USB inclus dans un port USB alimenté d'un ordinateur ou d'un adaptateur secteur USB, et branchez le petit connecteur dans le port de charge USB situé sur le côté du dispositif de commande, comme illustré dans la figure.Le témoin de charge s’allume en rouge pendant la charge des écouteurs-boutons. Le témoin s’éteint dès que les écouteurs sont complètement chargés et prêts à l'emploi.Une fois complètement chargée, la batterie peut assurer jusqu'à 7 heures de temps de conversation ou écoute de musique à un niveau d'écoute normal. Cette autonomie peut être réduite si vous utilisez un niveau de volume élevé pour écouter la musique. REMARQUE : Pendant la charge, l’alimentation de la télécommande sera coupée pour économiser la batterie et réduire le temps de charge. 3. Porter vos écouteurs-boutonsDes embouts de taille «M» ont été installés dans les écouteurs-boutons en usine.Pour remplacer l’embout de taille «M» avec un de taille «S» ou «L», il suffit de l’enlever de l’écouteur-bouton et de mettre un autre embout. Poussez suffisamment l’embout de taille «S» ou «L» dans l’écouteur-bouton jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien en place sur le tube de manière à ce qu’il ne se détache pas lorsque vous retirez l’écouteur-bouton de votre oreille. L'utilisation d’embouts de taille appropriée assure une meilleure étanchéité dans votre conduit auditif et par conséquent une meilleure qualité sonore.Il est recommandé de placer le câble derrière votre cou avant d'insérer les écouteurs-boutons dans les oreilles. Les écouteurs-boutons doivent être portés avec le dispositif de commande sur votre droite.Remarque : Les écouteurs-boutons à isolement de bruit comme les iB76 sont conçues pour fournir une bonne étanchéité à vos oreilles et bloquer les sons extérieurs. Si dans environ 3 minutes vos écouteurs-boutons ne trouvent pas un appareil couplé qui est à porté et allumé, ils s'éteignent pour prolonger la durée de vie de la batterie.4. Pour éteindre Pour «éteindre » les écouteurs-boutons, maintenez appuyée pendant environ 3 secondes la touche multifonction ( ) du dispositif de commande. Le message vocal « Power Off » sera émis. Le témoin rouge clignote trois fois, puis l'alimentation sera coupée.Lors de la première d'alimentation des écouteurs, placez seulement l’écouteur-bouton gauche dans l'oreille gauche pour pouvoir tenir le dispositif de commande dans votre main droite de manière à pouvoir voir les touches et les témoins et en même temps entendre les instructions vocales dans votre oreille gauche. Une fois les écouteurs-boutons allumés et couplés avec votre appareil Bluetooth, placez l’écouteur-bouton droit dans l'oreille droite.Maintenez appuyée the pendant 3 secondes la touche multifonction ( ) du dispositif de commande jusqu'à que vous entendiez le message vocal «Power ON». Appuyez brièvement pour reprendre la lecture.Appuyez brièvement sur la touche « + » pendant la lectureAppuyez brièvement sur la touche « - » pendant la lectureAppuyez brièvement deux fois sur la touche « - » pendant la lectureMaintenez appuyée la touche « + » pendant la lectureMaintenez appuyée la touche « - » pendant la lectureAppuyez brièvement sur le bouton MFB lorsque vous entendez la sonnerie d’un appel entrant. REMARQUE : La musique est automatiquement suspendue lorsque vous répondez à un appel et reprend lorsque vous terminez l'appel.Appuyez sur la touche MFB pour placer l'appel en cours en attente et répondre à un deuxième appel. Appuyez à nouveau pour basculer entre les appels.Maintenez appuyée la touche MFB pendant 4 secondes pour refuser l'appel. Appuyez brièvement sur la touche MFB pour terminer l’appel et « raccrocher ».Pendant un appel, maintenez appuyée la touche BMF pendant 2 secondes. Vous entendrez un bip indiquant le transfert d’appel entre le téléphone et les écouteurs-boutons. Lorsque le téléphone est couplé avec les écouteurs-boutons avec aucun appel en cours, appuyez deux fois sur la touche MFB pour recomposer le dernier numéro.Maintenez appuyée les touches « + » et « - » pendant 7 secondes.Maintenez appuyée la touche MFB pendant 5 secondes jusqu'à ce que vous entendiez le message vocal « Power Off ». Le témoin clignote en rouge puis s’éteint.Maintenez appuyée la touche «<<» pendant 3 à 4 secondes
