Bluetooth Speaker BTK-503 User Manual 
           Playing on/off       PREV                          NEXT 
Checking the accessories 
Make sure that you have the following items with your speaker: USB Charging cable, 3.5mm audio cable & Manual. 
Charging the speaker 
Your speaker uses a rechargeable battery. You must charge the battery fully before using the speaker for 
the first time. 
1.  Plug the USB Cable into PC socket. 
2.    Connect the USB Cable with speaker as it shown on the picture. The red indicator of headset will turn 
on when charging. 
3.    When the battery is fully charged, the red indicator will turn blue 
1)  When the speaker is in low battery, the indicator will flash red and tone as “battery low” once in a 
minute. 
2)  The speaker will be fully charged in approximately 5-6 hours.

3)  Remove the USB cable from the PC socket 
IMPORTANT: The speaker can be used while charging.   
BASIC OPERATIONS 
Turning Speaker on/off 
1.  To turn the speaker on 
Switch the  “on/off”  Button to the left, you will hear a tone “power on”. The speaker is now turned on.   
2.  To turn the speaker off 
Switch the  “on/off”  Button to the right, you will hear a tone “power off”. The speaker will be turned off. 
3.  When the speaker is on low battery, blue indicator will flash red during standby mode and will voice for 
“battery low”. Please charge the speaker.   
Pairing  
Pairing will create a unique and enciphered wireless link between two Bluetooth enabled devices, such as 
your Bluetooth phone and Bluetooth speaker. 
1. Ensure that the speaker is on standby mode or playing mode. 
2. Press and hold the “playing on/off” Button for about 2 seconds until the indicator light alternately 
flashes blue and red. You will hear a tone “pairing”, which means the speaker has been in pairing mode. 
3. Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the speaker by following your phone's guide. Typically, the steps 
involve going to a ‘Setup’, 'Connect', or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and then selecting the option to 
discover Bluetooth devices. 
4.    Your phone will find the speaker and ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by pressing the “Yes” 
or “OK” key. 
5.    Enter a passkey or PIN code “0000” (4 zeros), then press the “Yes” or “OK” key. 
Note: If the Bluetooth version of your Bluetooth mobile phone is V3.0, you will not need to enter a Passkey 
(Pin code) during above pairing process. 
6.  You will hear a tone “connected”, it means your phone has been connected with the speaker.   
Playing on/off 
1.  Make sure that your phone connected with the speaker. 
2.  Find music in your phone and play on, the song will be playing from the speaker. 
3.  Press “Playing on/off” button when playing on, the song will be stop. 
Changing music

When the speaker is playing on, press “PREV” or “NEXT” button once to change music. 
This feature may vary due to user’s operation mode and mobile phone settings. 
Adjust the volume 
1.  Press “VOL-” to decrease the volume and you will hear a beep when it is minimum 
2.  Press “VOL+” to increase the volume and you will hear a beep when it is maximum. 
Making a call 
Using the phone’s keypad   
1.  Dial number on the keypad or select the contact name from the contact list of your mobile phone. 
2.  Press phone’s “send/call” key. 
This feature may vary due to user’s operation mode and mobile phone settings. You may need to transfer 
the call from phone to the speaker----see “transferring a call” part. 
Voice Dialing 
Please ensure your mobile phone supports voice dialing function and the voice tag assigned for this 
feature. 
Connected with one mobile phone: 
1. Press “PREV” or “NEXT” Button for 2 seconds. 
2. You’ll then hear the voice-activation tone, say the name of the person you wish to call. 
3. Press “PREV” or “NEXT” Button for 2 seconds to stop the voice dialing.   
Ending a call 
1.  Shortly press “Playing on/off” Button once during a call. 
2.  End a call from phone’s keypad. 
Answering a call 
1.  Press the “Playing on/off” button briefly, when you receiving an incoming call.   
2.  Answer the call via your phone’s keypad. You may then need to transfer the call to the speaker by 
pressing the “Playing on/off” Button for 2 seconds (depending on your phone setting). 
Last number redialing 
Connected with one mobile phone: Shortly press “Playing on/off” Button twice to make the last number 
redial. 
Rejecting an incoming call   
Press and hold “Playing on/off” Button for 2 seconds to reject a call.   
Transferring a call 
Spesker to phone: Press and hold “Playing on/off” Button for 2 seconds during a call, then release it. 
Phone to speaker : Press and hold “Playing on/off” Button for 2 seconds during a call, then release it.

Note: For different mobile phone setting, you could only transfer a call by press the mobile phone’s 
keypad. Depend on your phone type, the actual operation may vary. 
Muting the Microphone 
You can put a call on hold by muting the microphone.   
To turn on/turn off the Muting Microphone function: Press the “VOL+” Button & “VOL-” Button at the same 
time.  
Delete the pairing records 
When the speaker is on standby mode, press “VOL+” Button & “VOL-” Button for 5 seconds. 
DFU mode 
Connected USB cable with speaker, press “PREV” or “NEXT” button for 5 seconds when speaker is on 
standby mode or playing mode. 
Crash and reset 
Connected USB cable with speaker and press “VOL+” & “VOL-” button once to reset the speaker. 
Adjust the EQ 
When the speaker in on playing mode, press “NEXT” button for 2 seconds, it will switch circularly among 
“normal”, “bass”, “treble”. 
Storage of the speaker 
1. Always store the speaker with the power off and make sure it is safely protected. 
2. Avoid storage at high temperatures (above 60℃) such as in a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight. (Storage 
at high temperatures can damage performance and reduces battery life). 
3. Do not expose the speaker or any of its supplied parts to rain or other liquids.
