2. The submitted user manuals appear to be incomplete because they both contain no
information on how to operate this transmitter. Please address. (Please note that this is a repeat
of question 12 from my request for additional information dated June 5, 2012.)
IMQ: The reason of the absence of the specific part “functional description” is due to the
customizable approach of this application; the firmware loaded in the device is the result
of agreement between the customer and his client. The firmware is built in order to assign
particular mean to each button command, but don’t change radio details.
In this way, the manual is personalized for each application.
