KSpruce SAC700 wireless access controller
adopts the advanced modular hardware and
software design and uses powerful multi-core and
multi-thread processors. Therefore, SAC700 delivers
good scalability and blazing data processing perfor-
mance. Besides, SAC700 boasts rich wireless user access
and fit access point (AP) management functions and
features.
SAC700 can be deployed with SKSpruce SAP series to
construct a wireless network where SAC700 delivers
all AP configuration, control, and management com-
mands. APs are connected to the network without any
configuration and are plug-and-play. Compared with a
wireless network consisting of independent fat APs, such
a network integrates more QoS, security, and roaming
features, delivers much higher service quality and makes
services more stable. SAC700 can monitor and control AP radio
frequencies in real time. Based on the real-time monitoring data,
SAC700 can offer features such as automatic power adjustment
and dynamic channel assignment, as well as load balancing by
traffic or user quantity. These features minimize interference on
wireless signals, as well as balance and stabilize workload.
Besides the previously mentioned features, SAC700 also pro -
vides features such as L2/L3 roaming, secure user access, and
role-based user management. Applying to various networks of a
enterprise, SAC700 is an ideal choice for enterprise users who
want to deploy wireless networks.

SMART MANAGEMENT
SAC700A centrally configures and manag-
es all APs under its control. No configura-
tion needs to be done on APs. This greatly
simplifies large-scale wireless network
deployment and management. SAC700A
provides two service traffic forward-
ing modes, central forwarding and local
forwarding to adapt to different networks
and to improve network resource utiliza-
tion.
SRM
The Smart RF Management (SRM) feature
monitors the wireless network environ-
ment in real time. Based on the monitor
data, the feature automatically configures
RF parameters of all APs and adjusts the
power or channel of one or more APs,
which makes users avoid interference
from wireless devices nearby. Besides, the
SRM feature can implement wireless net-
work self-healing. Once an AP fails, the
feature automatically increases the power
of APs around to shrink or even eliminate
the blind area.
SMART LOAD BALANCING
In a WLAN that wireless users determine
the AP to connect, this will lead to some
APs are overloaded while some other APs
are quite idle. Therefore, network resource
utilization is unbalanced. This feature can
balance workload among APs by user
quantity or traffic to improve network
resource utilization.
HIGH RELIABILITY
The SAC700A supports 1：1 backup. In
a network that SAC700A 1：1 backup is
implemented, when the active SAC700A
access controller fails，all the APs con-
nected to the failed one will be switched
to the backup SAC700A immediately. The
wireless users under the failed device will
get in service or network access in a very
short time.

With the unique wireless roaming tech-
nology and dedicated data processing
mechanism for roaming, SAC700A sup-
ports cross-controller or cross-network
seamless L2/L3 roaming.
