2 Introduction The CK317 is a hands-free soundbar you control with your voice. With the CK317 speaker, you can ask Alexa to play music, read the news, check weather, and control your smart home and more. Amazon Alexa is built in the cloud, so it is always getting smarter. The more you use Alexa, the more it adapts to your speech patterns, vocabulary, and preferences with new features continually being added. With the CK317 speaker, you can pair up to 6 speakers together on Wi-Fi for whole home audio or use Bluetooth/Aux In when listening on-the-go. With the CK317 speaker, you can also improve your TV sound. 3 Inputs LED Operation Start with CK317 Download the SameSay APP Download and install the SameSay APP to your phone. Then the APP will guide you to setup your device to the network, and you can also get more Alexa skills or more information from Amazon Alexa APP. Both SameSay APP and Amazon Alexa APP can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play. 1 Connecting your device to the internet Make sure your CK317 speaker was powered on, then open the SameSay APP with your mobile. The app will guide you through the process, just follow the on-screen instructions and have your network password ready. 4 Alternative Connection After the initial connection, the speaker will remember the Wi-Fi network and automatically connect to it when it is in Wi-Fi Mode. 5 Note：If you are still experiencing issues, consult the Troubleshooting section or send us feedback. Multi-room play Add devices to DEVICE LIST in your APP, then long press and drag slave device up to main device until they are in same room to play in sync. You can both control main device or slave devices. Play with Air Play When CK317 speaker network connected, IOS users can use Air Play to achieve wireless music! 1. IOS 10 & IOS 11 users：Slide up from the bottom of the device to open the Control Center and find the "Play in" screen in the horizontal direction，click ，then select your CK317_XXXX. 2. IOS 9 & IOS 8 users：Slide up from the bottom of the device to open the Control Center ，Smoothes along the horizontal to find the "Play" screen，click ，then select your CK317_XXXX. Use Android DLNA to play When CK317 speaker network connected, Android users can use DLNA to play. Open the phone or tablet comes with DLNA function of the music player software, click on the playback interface, click the push icon, then select your CK317_XXXX device to play music. Tips： ·Make sure your WiFi is 2.4G Wi-Fi and the CK315 does not support the 5G. 23 Then, steps are the same as step 07to16.
6 ·It is recommended that you use the router do not connect multiple internet devices, so as not to take up too much bandwidth and affect user’s experience. ·Do not use in a complex Wi-Fi network environment (eg, office, hotel, multiple routers bridged, too many routers around, etc.) to avoid unrestricted connection, play cardon, connection failure, inability to use, etc. Bluetooth mode Once press mode switch button“ ” and select Bluetooth mode，or select Bluetooth mode on the SameSay APP. Then top LED will turn into blue and flashing. Pairing CK317’s Bluetooth with your device (Such as: smart phones, tablet PCs, PC, Mac and so on). If CK317 Bluetooth connected, top LED stop flashing, also with a warning sound, then you can play content. Line-IN mode Once press mode switch button “ ” and select Line-IN mode，also you can select Line-IN mode on the SameSay APP. While equipments (such as: smart phones, tablet PCs, PC, Mac, etc.) are connected by cable to the Line-IN port, you can play your content. Work with TV Once press mode switch button “ ”,you can select AUX mode , OPTICAL mode, or HDMI mode, also you can select mode on the SameSay APP. While TV are connected by cable to the AUX port, OPTICAL port or HDMI port ，you can enjoy the sound from TV. Troubleshooting PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTION Cannot complete Wi-Fi network setup » Make sure the speaker has power » Make sure you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network. » If using a dual band wireless router, be sure to use the 2.4GHz band. » Be sure to enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device. » Test your internet connection by loading/reloading a web page. If you cannot load the page, you may need to restart your router. » Use the alternate connection method . » Uninstall then reinstall the app, power the speaker OFF, then ON, and restart setup. Intermittent audio/Audio doesn’t play » Make sure the volume on the speaker or your connected device is not too low. » Interference or weak Wi-Fi signal may be interrupting reception (possible sources could be microwaves, cell phone signals, etc.). Move the system to another location to test. » Stop other applications that may be streaming media from the internet. Bluetooth won’t play or fails to connect » Make sure the volume on your Bluetooth device is turned up to an audible level. » Make sure the speaker has power » Make sure both the speaker and your device are in Bluetooth mode. » Stay within 3 ft. of the speaker when pairing. Aux In won’t play » Make sure the audio cable is firmly connected to the audio ports of both devices. » Make sure the volume on the speaker or your connected device is not too low. » Press the Mode button to manually switch to Aux In mode. White noise/Speaker will not function properl » Power the speaker OFF, then ON again.
