BTI-020V Bluetooth transmitter and receiver all in one user manual  Welcome to use Bluetooth transmitter/ receiver BTI-020V.  Introduction BTI -020V is a Bluetooth transmitter and receiver all in one function adapter ,when used as a Bluetooth trans mitter, it can transfer the music on your mobile ,Walkman,TV,computer ,etc to your Bluetooth re cei ver,Ste re o Blue tooth headphone,and Blue tooth spea kers ,ect ,through wireless technology. When used as a Bluetooth re cei ve r, it can been a stere o Blue tooth headphone  (by plugging headphone audio cable into 3.5mm port),or conne cting wi th speaker to recei ve  audio signal  through wi reless. Please charge when in low batte ry: When the de vi ce is in working mode, if the RED LED flashes three ti mes continuousl y (not include  Red LED flashes  on ce  for su ccessfull y connection), means  the  unit is working  in low vol tage, please cha rge the uni t. A, Please connect the  cha rging cable  to the  adapte r ( USD output port) or compute r B, The n using Mi cro USB cha rging cable  connecting with BTI-020V C, In charging mode, Red LED on, will off when full charging D, The entire charging time around 2 hours  Worked as a Bluetooth t ransmitter   Function opti on for BTI-020V Cha nge di ffe rent working mode  through the Slide option button. When the  unit in off sta te, please slide the button to “TX” side, then press MFB to powe r on the  uni t, all the  paired device information in RX mode will be deleted after power on. Please don’t swi tch TX or RX mode i mmediatel y in 3 seconds  afte r unit turn off , be cause the uni t is still ha vi ng powe r, if swi tching to TX or RX mode i mmediatel y, i t will ente r into the pre vious power off mode  to re-turn on .  • Note : when worked as  the  Blue tooth transmi tte r, i t onl y could sta y 4 de vi ce re cords  and these  de vi ces will  be  taken over by the  lates t pai red devi ce .(Because the  unit supports  “automatically • Re -conne ction “ function,if staying too much devices record, the re-pairing time will be lasting longer ). Basic operation 1. powe r on : In off sta te, press MFB a round 3 seconds, Blue LED flashes twice, BTI-020V is powered on. (If BTI-020V did not connect with any de vi ce , it could ente r into pai ring mode quickl y with Blue  LED flashes a fte r power on) 2. Power off : In on s ta te , press MFB a round 3 se conds, Red LED flashes twice  ( if release after Red LED immediatel y, Red LED ma y onl y flashes once ), BTI -020V power off. Please re-power on the uni t a fte r powe r off the uni t 3 se conds la te r since  the  vol tage of the  chipset may not disappea r totally.  3. Pai ring mode : Powe r on the uni t, double cli ck the MFB, the  Blue LED flashes quickl y to ente r pai ring mode , i t will be in connecti ve  s tandby mode i f no conne ctions  in 2 minutes . 4. Clear up the pairing list : Power off with the current working mode(TX or RX), 3 seconds la te r, switch to the  othe r working mode, then power on, the pairing information for the former mode will be cleared up. 5. Conne ct with all the conne cted devi ce : Powe r on the uni t ( using two connections  simultaneously ), short press MFB  to conne ct all the conne cted device automati cally, but i t onl y support  two de vi ces  connection simul taneously, pri ori tize the  lates t two conne cted devi ces, successfull y connected, BTI-020V is solid blue. If BTI-020V could not connect wi th any devi ce  in 22 seconds (This is up to how many paire d devi ce  BTI-020V stored), it will enter into pairing mode.  When used as Bluetooth tra nsmi tte r, it support two connected de vi ces  transfer Audio simul taneousl y. 6. Power off automatically  The  BTI -020V will power off automatically when the  ba tte ry vol ta ges lo we r tha n  3.1V . 7.  LED indi ca tor in transmi tte r mode  : Power on  Blue LED flashes twi ce  quickl y Pairing Blue LED flashes qui ckl y  Unconnected s tandby mode  Blue LED flashes once every second Conne cte d s tandby mode Solid Blue LED Low voltage  Red LED flashes qui ckl y Cha rgin g   Solid Red  Full y cha rge d  Red LED turns off    BTI-020V Working as a Bluetooth receiver   Switch the TX or RX button t o chose the unit in Bluet oot h transmitter mode ,or in Bluet ooth receiver mode.       When in power off state,switch the butt on t o RX side, then long press MFB butt on to turn on it, all the paired devices record will be cleared. Please don’t switch TX or RX mode immediately in 3 seconds after unit
turn off , because t he unit is still having power, if switching to TX or RX mode immediately, it will enter into the previous power off mode to re-t urn on   BTI-020V worked as Bluetoot h Receiver can stay 8 paired devices record , the latest paire d records will take over the over paired recor ds.   1. Po we r on:               In off s ta te , long press MFB a round 3 seconds , after Blue LED flashes twice , BTI -020V is powe red on. (If BTI -020V did not connect with any device, it could directly enter into pairing mode automatically after power on) 2. Power off:  In on s ta te, long press MFB around 3 seconds, Red LED flashes twi ce ( if release a fter Red LED on immediately, Red LED ma y only flashes once), BTI-020V is powered off. Please don’t re -power on the unit immedia tel y in 3 se conds a fte r powe r off the uni t , be cause the  volta ge of the  chipset ma y not disappear totally.  3. Pai ring mode: Powe r on the uni t, double cli ck the MFB, Blue & Red LED flashes al terna tel y, the  unit ente r into pairing mode, it will power off automatically if no connections in 6 mi nu te s . 4. Pla y /pause : In music playing, short press MFB to pause, press again to play continually   5. Clear up the pairing list : Powe r off wi th the  curre nt working mode , 3 se conds la ter, change to the  othe r working mode , the n power on, the pairi ng information for the former mode will be cleared up  6.  Conne ct wi th all the conne cte d de vi ce :            Powe r on the uni t, BTI-020V will connect to all the connected device automatically, but it only support  two connections  simul taneousl y, priori tize the  la test two connected de vi ces , afte r two connections successful , BTI-020V will be Blue LED light on. (working as Bluetooth reciever, it only could receive audio from the first working device ,If you want to receive signal from the other device,  the first working de vi ce  must ha ve to be pause or turn off .  (Bluetooth receiver two in one function).  7. Power off automatically : The  BTI -020V will powe r off automa ticall y when the  ba tte ry voltages lower than 3.1V or no conne cti ons a round 5 mi nu tes . 8. Usin g while cha rging :  When you want to use  BTI-020V continuousl y, howe ver the limi ted battery ca pa city, you could use the uni t while cha rgi n g.( D C 5V ≥300Ma , if the  ba tte ry vol tage is too low, or the powe r supple r is poor, it ma y ha ve  current noise.) Please conne ct the unit to the  power supply fi rs tl y, the n power on the  BTI-020V.(The chipset will reset momenta ril y when conne cting wi th power suppl y, this also could work when the uni t is dead). Do not use  the  unit while cha rging be cause i t may shorten the  ba tte ry’s life time.  9.  LED indi ca tor in Recei ve r mode :
 Power on  Blue LED flashes twi ce  quickl y Pairing Blue and Red LED flashes alternately Unconnected s tandby mode  Blue LED flashes twice every three seconds Conne cte d s tandby mode Solid Blue LED Low voltage  Red LED flashes qui ckl y Cha rgin g    Solid Red  Full y cha rge d  Red LED turns off    How to use it as a Bluetooth transmitter BTI-020V and stereo Bluetooth headphone or Bluet ooth speaker (A2DP enable d) work on the TV  A, Make  the Blue tooth speaker or Blue tooth headse t i n pairing mode . B. Press MFB a round 3 se conds  until Blue  LED flashes qui ckl y to ente r into sea ring mode , i f BTI -020V does not ente r into pairing mode , press MFB 2 Seconds the n double press  MFB ( kee p the ope ra ti on  co ns i s ten tl y )  to  en te r into pairing mode. C. Put the BTI-020V and Blue tooth speaker or Bl ue tooth headset toge ther, a round 30s  seconds  late r, BTI-020V will connect with Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headset automatically D. Connect the BTI-020V and TV with 3.5mm audio cable.  (Plug one side of the audio cable to the audio output ja ck of the  TV, the  side to BTI-020V) E. I t could hea r the  sound comi ng from TV in the Blue tooth headset or Blue tooth speake r. I f no sound in the Bluetooth speake r or Blue tooth headse t, please check the aux output se tting on TV is by the  headse t output, the volume  of the  TV is loud enough, the ca ble connects ri ght or not. Use  your fi nger to touch the  DC pa rt of the  audio cable  tha t connected wi th BTI -020V to check if the audio source  has  problems . When the  connection is successful  and the  volume of headset or speaker is bi g enough, you will hea r a  “zi,zi ” sound, i t means  BTI -020V and Blue tooth spea ker or Blue tooth headphone and cables  a re ok, the  problem ma y be on the   a udio  s ou rce  (TV). BTI-020V and Bluetooth hea dset or Bluetooth speaker which must support A2DP work together on the compute r.  A. Make  the Blue tooth speaker or Blue tooth headse t i n pairing mode . B. Press MFB a round 3 se conds  until Blue  LED flashes qui ckl y to enter into pairing mode, if BTI-020V does not e nte r into pai ring mode, press  MFB 2 Seconds then double press MFB ( keep the a ction consis tentl y )) to enter into pairing mode. C. Put the BTI-020V and Blue tooth speaker or Bl ue tooth headphone togethe r, a round30 se conds  late r, BTI-020V will connect with Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headphone automatically.  D. Connect the BTI-020V and computer wi th 3.5mm audio ca ble.  E. I t could  hea r the  sound comi ng from computer in the  Blue tooth headse t or Bl ue tooth speake r. I f no sound in the  Blue tooth speaker or Blue tooth headse t, please che ck the aux output se tting on compute r is by the  headset output, the  volume of the  computer is loud enough, the cable  connects ri ght or not. Use  your hands  to touch the  plug of the audio ca ble for BTI -020V to che ck i f the  audio source  has problems . When the conne cti on is
successful  and the  volume of headset or speaker is bi g enough, you will hea r a  “zi ,zi” sound, i t means BTI-020V and Blue tooth spea ker or Blue tooth headphone and cables  a re ok, the  problem ma y be on the compute r. Note: Passcode for supporte d Bluetooth headset, Bluet oot h receiver, Bluetooth speaker etc. is ”0000”,”1234”,”1111”,”8888” BTI -020V and Bluetooth headset or Blue tooth speake r tha t supported A2DP worked on othe r audio de vi ce  whi ch supports headset profile). BTI-020V and Blue tooth headse t or Blue tooth speaker could repla ce a  wire d earphone from wire d conne cti on to wi reless connection, re move the wire limited, bring more fun for you.  BTI-020V  connect with two device simultaneously while working as a Bluetoot h transmitter  This unit coul d connect with tw o stereo Bluet oot h speaker or Bluetooth headset t o play music simultaneously  A. Na med  the  two Blue tooth headse ts or two Blue tooth spea ke rs as A and B. B. Select the TR mode for the devi ce BTI-020V C. Follow the above  pai ring s teps i n working as a  Blue tooth trans mitter  to conne ct devi ce  A and BTI-020V   D. When the conne ction is  successful , power off the  de vi ce  A, and pai ring the Devi ce  B wi th BTI-020V (following the same paring steps ) E. Afte r successfull y conne cting wi th devi ce B, then power off BTI -020V. F. Power on the device A (do not enter into pairing mode, but if it enters into pairi ng mode, i t’s  ok), a round 10-20 seconds later (in this case, most of the Bluetooth speaker is for automatically connection, please wait a m o men t) Then power on the BTI-020V (no need to enter into pairing mode), it will search and connect with device A and B automatically, the pairing time will take around 30 seconds. Then connect to audio resource to check if the  two de vi ces  could play simultane ousl y. If not, please power off BTI -020V, and reopen BTI -020V to connect with de vi ce A and B. If reopen BTI-020V does not work, please re work the s teps  for two conne ctions simultane ousl y.   The compatibility testing report for BTI-020V worked as Bluetoot h transmitter t o connect with tw o device simultaneously  1. Due to different Blue tooth chipset has different function firmwa re  se tting and di fferent ope ra tions so some Blue tooth speaker or Blue tooth hea dset ma y ha ve  compatible proble ms with BTI-020V. When one of the devi ces has no sound or discontinuous  pla ying,  please re -pa i r the  tw o de vi ces two  o r th ree ti mes to  che ck  if the re  has  same si tua tion, the n we could ha ve a  resul t i f it is wrong in compa tibility 2. Put the Blue tooth headset or Bluetooth speaker into pairing mode .  Then power on BTI-020V will connect to BTI-020V qui ckl y again,if the  Bl uetooth headset or Blue tooth spea ker connected wi th BTI -020V before.  No need to make the BTI-020V e nter into pai ring mode. 2.  If BTI-020V did not conne ct with the Blue tooth headse t or speaker more  than 1 minutes . Please try to clear up the pairing lis t of the BTI-020V. I f the Blue tooth headset or Blue tooth speaker conne cted with BTI -020V be fore, please re open the  BTI -020V after clear up the pairing list.  Ba tte ry  in fo rma ti on Your device is powered by a recha rgeable  ba tte ry .The  full performance of a new ba tte ry is  achie ved only afte r two of three  comple te  cha rge and discha rge cycles .The batte ry can be  cha rged and discha rged hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear out. Do not leave a fully charged ba ttery connected to a  cha rger since  overcharging may shorten battery lifetime. If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose power with time past. Leaving the device in hot or cold places, such as in closed car in summer or winter conditions , will reduce the capa ci ty and lifetime of the  ba tte ry .Should always try to keep the  ba tte ry be twee n 15 ℃and 25 ℃. Battery performance is particularly limited in temperatures well below freezing .Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they may explode .Battery may also explode if damaged.  Sa fety instruction Your device is excellent produce in design and craft, should be used with caution.
