CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS1. Connect the AC adapter to the Charger and plug it to the mains (green led is steady on). 2. Connect the Charging Cord between the PAL and the charger (see illustration).Red led charging indicator is steady on and the PAL will beep once. 3. Red charging indication will light steadily during fast charge mode. You have joined the exclusive client group ofIturan, U.S.!The unique location technology of Ituran was originallydeveloped for location of downed pilots and then modified forcivilian use.Our system allows for the location of human, goods and pets inopen areas, woods, urban and metropolitan areas, outside orinside buildings.For efficient and useful operation of the PAL, please follow theinstructions.OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS1. TURNING YOUR PAL ON Press and hold the green ON/OFF button until you hear a short beep.The red and green indicators will light for 5 seconds, followed byflashes of the green indicator once every 5 seconds.2. EMERGENCY CALLPress and hold the red ALRT button until you hear a short beep. Anemergency signal is transmitted, followed by flashes of the redindicator twice every 5 seconds.Ituran Control Center will confirm the emergency call by sendinga signal to the PAL that will activate two short beeps and flashes of thegreen indicator twice every 5 seconds for 5 minutes.ATTENTION: The emergency call will be transmitted even if the PAL is OFF.WARNING : DO NOT PRESS THE RED BUTTON UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION.3. TURNING YOUR PAL OFFPress and hold the green ON/OFF button until you hear a long beep,and the red indicator will light for 2 seconds.4.
