Installing the Car DVR     1. Insert the TF card into the micro SD card slot.   2. Stick the car mount onto your car windshield (ideally right in the middle).     3. Fix the Car DVR onto the mount via the magnet.       4. Connect the USB cable to the micro USB port of the dash cam, run the cable along the edge of the windshield, tuck it away in the seams, all the way to the USB port of the power bank (Keep away from the airbag area).       5. Insert the power bank (with charger) to the cigarette lighter, connect the USB 2.0 to the USB port of power bank. 6. Start your car to turn on the Car DVR. Connect it with your phone (refer to the “VAVA Dash App” section) and open the VAVA Dash App to view a real-time feed. Adjust the dash cam to achieve the ideal shooting angle.   7. Open the snapshot button rear cover, and pull out the cell box, then put the button cell into the  box.  Cover  the  rear  cover  and  press  once,  you  can  hear  a  click  sound  and  then  the snapshot button connect to the dash cam. (If no any respond, please take out the button cell and put it into the box again or long press the button for 5 second to reset the button.)  Note:  The dash cam supports up to a 128GB Class 10 TF card. Do not remove or insert a TF card when the camera is working.  Stick the Snapshot Button with a 3M adhesive tape on the dashboard or besides the steering wheel. Do not put it on the airbag.    Please don’t connect the devices which have Quick Charge function.    Park Mode 1. When your car is running,  the car charger provides power to the  Car DVR and charges the power bank simultaneously. charger is disabled and power to the Car DVR is then provided by the power bank.   2. There will be 3 minutes for your choosing. When you want the dash cam keeping working, you should long press the button on the power bank for 3 seconds, then the dash cam will keep  on  working  about  30  minutes.  If  you  aren’t  back  to  the  car  to  restart  the  car  in  30 minutes, the dash cam will get into the Park Mode automatically, only when a shock or crash is  detected,  cause  the  G-sensor  to  activate  the  dash  cam  and  record  a  15  second  video footage.   3. If you don’t do any action in 3 minutes after the car is not running, the dash cam will get into the Park Mode automatically, only when a shock or crash is detected, cause the G-sensor to activate the dash cam and record a 15 second video footage. VAVA Dash App Downloading the VAVA Dash App     For Android / iOS phones, please search for “VAVA Dash” in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Download the app and install it on your phone.  Connecting the VAVA Dash to Your Phone Connect your Android / iOS smartphone with the Car DVR through the below steps: Settings > WLAN > Select “VAVA WiFi” > Enter password > Open the VAVA Dash App Note: The initial WiFi password is 12345678.  Live Preview Once your phone and the dash cam is connected, open the app to view a real-time video feed and configure the dash cam.  Take Photos and Video Clips   Press the Snapshot Button or tap the snapshot icon in the app to make the camera take a photo or record a video from 5 seconds before the pressing or tapping to 15 seconds afterwards. The photo and the video clip will be automatically downloaded from the Car DVR onto the VAVA Dash App.  Photo Gallery Management You  can  check  all  the  photos  and  videos  in  the  app  photo  gallery  and  choose  one  or  several photos or videos to preview or edit.  Path You can check all the information about the drive routs and real-path. The drive routs record and present your driving journal.  Travel Log Select interesting photos and drive routes, edit and turn them a Travel Log. Click the share icon to post it on your favorite social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)! Once  your  phone  is  connected  to  the  camera,  you  can  modify  the  camera  settings,  including resolution, volume, mute, micro SD card management, firmware update, etc.  Attention    Our apps and camera firmware will be updated regularly, you can update the firmware via apps.  Do not use cardboard, paper towel, or napkin to clean the lens.  Do not attempt to repair, dismantle, or modify the dash camera hardware by yourself.  When no longer needed, dispose of the dash camera according to local policies. Warranty This product is covered by the VAVA Parts and Labor Warranty for 18+12 months from the date of its original purchase (from authorized retailers and distributors only).
