Important Precautions and Safety Information
when using this machine, these basic safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce risk orhre, electric shock, and Injury to people:

Installing the Printer Software
You must install software using the supplied printer
driver CD after you have set up your printer and
connected It to your computer. For details, see the

Setting to Color typically produces the best vossible print quality for color documents if you want to print a solar document in giayscaie, select Grayscale. it you want to adjust the color options manually, select Manual and click the Color Adjust or color Matching autton. ~ Color Adjust : You can adjust the appeaiance of images by changing the settings in the Levels option - Cnlur Manning ; You can adjust the appearance of images by dianging the settings in the settings option. 15 Basic Printing Advanced Options You can set advanced settings by clicking the Advanced Options button. rm mm [II __iw _~=~ - TrueType Optmns: This Option determines what the driver tells the printer about how to image the text in your document. Select the appropriate setting according to the status of your document. This option may be available only in Windows QX/Me, depending on your particular printer model. - Download as Bil: Image: When tllls option is selected, the driver will download the font data as oitinap images Documents with complicated lants, such as Korean or Chinese, or varlous other rants, will print laster in this setting - print as Grapnimz when this option is selected, the driver will download any anB as graphs. When printing documents with high graphic content and relatively few TrueType fonts, printing performanoe (speed) may be enhanced in this setting. - Prln! All Text Black: When the Print All Text Black flptinn is checked, all text in ynur document prints soIIfl black, regardless of the color it appears on the screen. - Darken Text: When the Darken Text option is checked, all text in your ducumenl is allowed to print darker than on a normal document. some printers db not support this feature.
