Quick Reference
Create a Text Message
1. Press for Menu, the for Messages and 
for Write New.
2. Enter your message then press for Options.
The following options are available:
• Send: The message is sent then deleted.
• Save and Send: The message is sent and then 
a copy is saved in your Outbox.
• Save: The message is saved in your Outbox and
can be sent at a later time.
3. Select an option and press the for OK.
Write a Calendar Memo
1. Press up to open the Calendar.
2. Select a date on the calendar, using the keys
and press for Select.
Note: To skip to the previous or next month, press
the keys on the left side of the phone.
3. Enter your memo and then press for OK.
4. You are asked if you wish to set an alarm. If you 
want the alarm to ring on the chosen day, press 
for Yes or for No. The memo is saved and 
the display returns to the calendar.
5. If you selected Yes, set the time for the alarm and 
press for OK. You can also select the melody 
for the alarm by pressing for Melody.
6. Press  for AM or for PM.
Create a To Do List
1. Press for Menu, for Organizer, and
for To  Do List.
2. Press for New and enter a task.
Note: You can enter up to 40 characters.
3. Press for OK.
4. Select High, Normal or Low priority using the 
keys and press for Select.
5. Enter your deadline and press for OK. If you 
do not want to set a deadline, press for Skip.
Store Phonebook Entries
1. Enter the phone number you want to store.
2. Press for Save.
3. Select  ,  or  and press for Select.
4. Enter a name for the contact.
5. Press for OK to save to the SIM card or press 
for To  Phone if you prefer to use the phone’s 
internal memory.
Set an Alarm
1. Press for Menu, the for Organizer and 
for Alarm.
2. Choose the type of alarm and press for Select.
Once Alarm: rings on only one day
Daily Alarm: rings every day at the same time
Morning Call: rings to wake you up in the morning
3. Enter the time for the alarm and press for OK.
4. Choose AM or PM using the key and press
for Select.
Note: Your phone is preset to use 12-hour format.
Placing Multi-Party Calls (Where available)
1. Call the first participant in the normal way.
2. Call the second participant in the normal way. 
The first call is automatically put on hold.
3.To connect the first participant to the multi-party 
call, press for Options and then for Join.
4.To add additional people (up to six) to the multi-
party call, repeat the steps as needed.
Note: You can add incoming callers by pressing
for Accept to answer the call, and then pressing 
for Options and for Join.

* Option available if supported by SIM card.
