OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: BATTERY PACK CARE / CAUTIONS: 1. If battery pack and/or connectors are wet. thoroughly dw betore charging. 2. Unplug the battery pack it it is not going to be used tor several days. 3. Do not charge battery pack that is hot, wet or shows signs 01 leakage or corrosion. 4. Do not expose to fire, as explosion may result. 5. Do not disassemble the battery pack. BATTERY INSTALLATION: THE RECHARGEABLE NI-CD BATTERY PACK IS NOT CHARGED. PLEASE CHARGE IT FOR 4 HOURS PRIOR TO USE. 1. Plug the wall pack battery charger into wall outlet. 2. Connect the battery pack and charger cables by snapging together the jack and the socket tightly. Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in “OFF" position. (See Diagram 2) B. Turn the lid stopper in a clockwise c to open battery lid. (See Diagram 3', C. Pass the cable through the antenna'tube provided and plug into the vehicle tightly. (See Diagram 5) B. Screw the antenna onto the top of the transmitter and extend to lull length. (See Diagram 6) 0.
