OPERATING INSTRUCTION
ATTENTION PARENTS:
1. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS TOY AND ALL ACCESSORIES BE
PERIODICALLY EXAMINED FOR POTENTIAL HAZARDS AND THAT
ANY POTENTIAL HAZARDOUS PARTS BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED.
2. CHILDREN SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF POTENTIAL DANGER
ASSOCIATED WITH PLAYING NEAR WATER.
CONTENTS:
This package contains:
- l boat - 1 plastic tube torthe antenna cable
- 1 transmitter - 1 Battery Clip to insert
5 X “AA” batteries
BATTERY CARE/CAUTIONS:
iFOlt MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE, USE ALKALINE BATTERIES)
1. Remember to take out all batteries from the boat amt transmitter
after playing.
Do not mlx old and new batteries.
Do not recharge n chargeable batteries.
Do not use the 5x battery clip with a charger.
Do not mlx alkaline, standard (carbon-zlncl, or rechargeable
(nice or NiMH) batteries.

BATTERY INSTALLATION:
BOAT:
1. Locate the latch at the back ot the boat. Release the latch and tilt
up the boat top to reveal the battery companment. (see Diagram 1)
2. Release the Z latches on either side ot the battery compartment to
unlock the cover amt remove it. isee Diagram 2)

5. Replace the battery cover and laslen the latches securely.
6. Replace the boat top and taslen the rear latch securely.
BATTERY INSTALLATION:
TRANSMITTER:
1. Locate and release the battery compartment cover at the
back at the transmitter tollnwlng the “Arrow". (see Diagram 5)
2. Follow the engraved polarity (+) or t—) signs and inser1 the
W battery into the battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery cover.
Inser1 5AA batteries into the battery clip acconting to polarity («1») or t—). (see Diagram 3)
4 Insert the battery clip loaded with batteries tollnwlng the “Arrow” signe
Matte sure that the polarlty M or t—) is correct and that the metal contacts on the sitte
ot the battery clip touch the metal contacts In the battery compartment. isee Diagram Al

HOW TO PLAY:
1. Route the cable through the antenna tube provided and
plug into the boat securely. (see Diagram 6)
2. Release the rear latch ol the boat and Iilt up boat top.
3. Push the power button In "ON“ posillon to lum on boat.
(see Diagram 7)
4. Replace boat top and securely laslen rear latch.
5. Place the boat in water.

BOAT OPERATION:
6. Push the transmitter driving control sticktorward to
move the boallorward. (see Diagram ll)
7. Pull the transmitter driving control stick backward to move the DIAGRAM 7
beat in reverse. (see Diagram 9]
B. To turn the boat to either right or Iell, turn the steering contml stick
left or right and push the d riving control sticklorwarrl or backward
simultaneously. (see Diagmm 10)
9. Release both control slicks and the heat will come to a stop. (see DIagram11i
PERFORMANCE TIPS l CAUTIONS:
1. Operate your boat in calm and clearwaler only.
2. Do not operate your boat in saltwater as this can damage your boat permanently.
3. Do not expose the transmitterlo moisture or water.
4. Do not expose the boat to water unless the battery companment
coveris securely closed and latched.
5. Bring the heat hack to the water edge when it is running out ol battery
or starts to slow down.
ii. Note that the approximate operation range averages 20 meters.
7. Do not pick up your boat while it is in motion.
ll. The propeller rotates at high speed. Keep lingers. hair and clothing clear at
the propeller while the propeller is spinning.
9. Alter playing, drain the water out ol the hull by pulling outthe two plugs located at
either side oi the hack olthe boat. Replace the plugs belore using again.
10. Do not operate near swimmers.
11. Stay away lrom water edge when operating
12. Dry the boat with a dry. clean cloth helore storing.
13. To be operated under adult supervision.
