Operation of Seal One® 8300pro
The operation of Seal One® 8300pro is simple,
convenient and secure and takes place in
three steps:
1. Connect
Turn on the device and connect with the
software based on your operating system.
2.Validate
Validate the transaction data on the display
of the device.
3. Confirm
Confirm by the push of the signing button.
Handling and safty instructions
CAUTION: Failure to observe the
following safety guidelines may under certain
circumstances result in fire, electrical shock,
other injury or damage to the Seal One
unit or other components. Please ensure
that children do not have any access to the
hardware and packaging materials. Never let
children play with the device. The device and
the acessories can be swallowed by children.
Never throw the device in a fire!
The device is designed and manufactured
with great care and should be treated with
care. The following recommendations and
operating instructions should help you to
ensure a long-lasting operation and a long life
expectancy:
- avoid dropping the device and never open it
- protect against direct sunlight, high
teperatures and severe temperature
changes, this could damage movable and
electronic components and the functionality
is no longer guaranteed.
- the use of the device once it has been
damaged is prohibited.
- the housing of the device can break through
substantial impact. When not using the
device, it is recommended to put it to the
protection bag or protection cover,
- protect the device from humidity and
liquids. and do not put paint on it.

and do not use harsh cleaners or solvents.
Disposal and recycling information
You must dispose of Seal One® 8300pro
properly according to local laws and regula-
tions. Because Seal One® 8300pro contains
electronic components and a battery, Seal
One® 8300pro must be disposed of separately
from household waste. When Seal One®
8300pro reaches its end of life, contact local
authorities to learn about disposal and recycling options, or simply return it to Seal One.
The battery will be removed and recycled in
an environmentally friendly manner.
European Union—electronics and
battery disposal information
This symbol means that according
to local laws and regulations your
product and its battery should be
recycled separately from household
waste. When this product reaches its end of
life, take it to a collection point designated
by local authorities for the recycling of
electronic equipment. The improper disposal
of waste electronic equipment from the consumer may be subject to fines. The separate
collection and recycling of your product and
its battery at the time of disposal will help
conserve natural resources and ensure that it
is recycled in a manner that protects human
health and the environment.

Seal One hardware product limited warranty
Seal One warrents to the original purchaser
that the Seal One hardware product shall
be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of time, identified in
the product package an/or in the user documenation, from the date of purchase. This
information is also available on our website
at www.seal-one.com/support. Except where
prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is
nontransferable and is limited to the original
purchaser. This warranty gives specific legal
rights and may also be have other rights
thatvary under local laws.
Seal One‘s entire liability and exclusive
remedy for any breach os warranty shall be,
at Seal One‘s option, (1) to repair or replace
the hardware, or (2) to refund the price paid,
provided that the hardware is returned to
to the point of purschase or such a place as
Seal One may direct with a copy of the sales
receipt or dated itemized receipt. Shipping
and handling charges may apply, except
where prohibited by applicable law. Any
replacement hardware will be warrented for
the remainder of the original warranty period
or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer or
for any additional period of time that may be
applicable in the specific jurisdiction.
The warranty does not cover problems or
damages from: (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unahorized repair, modification
or disassembly (2) improper operation or
maintenance, usage not in accordance with
product instructions or connection to improper volatge supply. Seal One AG disclaims any
liability for damage which may arise due to
improper use. Seal One® 8300pro must not be
opened. Any changes to the device are strictly
prohibited and will void the warranty.
