Prices are eective as of February ,
and are subject to change without notice.
Our website price list will serve as the
most current list price. All shipments will
be made at prices in eect at the time
of shipment. The customer shall also be
responsible for payment of all applicable
sales and/or use taxes.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum product charge per invoice

PAYMENT TERMS
Net thirty () days from date of invoice.
Interest at the rate of up to -½% per
month may be charged on all past due
accounts. Custom orders may require
a deposit.
DELIVERY TERMS
All prices are Ex-works factory.
SHORTAGE
Any claim for shortages must be made
to SECURITRON in writing within one ()
week of receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS
A Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) must be obtained from SECURITRON
before any merchandise can be returned.
RMAs are valid for sixty () days.
Returned goods are subject to a restocking
charge plus an additional charge for any
damage. Goods returned under the terms
of SECURITRON’s MAGNACARE Lifetime
Warranty must be accompanied by a copy
of the original invoice.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order may be subject to a %
cancellation charge for catalog items.
Cancellation of non-catalog or custom
items will be subject to a % cancellation
charge plus all costs (both direct and
indirect) incurred by manufacturing at
the point of cancellation that are properly
allocated to the cancelled item(s).

expense via next day air freight if necessary

VistaCare® Warranty
• Duration: One Year
• Conditions: Any reason, including but not limited to
installation error, vandalism or act of God
• Replacement: Replacement product shipped at Securitron’s
expense via next day air freight if necessary
• Products Covered: Any product branded by VISTA®
SecuriCare Warranty
• Duration: Three Years
• Conditions: Any reason, including but not limited to
installation error, vandalism or act of God
• Replacement: Replacement product shipped at Securitron’s
expense via next day air freight if necessary
• Products Covered: Select products, including those with
Aperio® technology and solar components.
