Thisbillstufferisa2‐sided,4‐colormarketingpiecedesignedtofitwithinastandard#10envelope(9.5”x

4.125”).Viconwillcustomizethecontenttoincludethedealer’slogoandcontactinformationandprovideahigh‐

resPDFfiletothedealer.Thedealerisresponsibleforprintingcostsanddistributiontoitscustomerbase.

Inordertoparticipateinthisprogram,Viconrequiresthefollowing:

1) High‐rescorporatelogo.Ifatallpossible,pleaseprovidethelogoineitherillustrator(.ai)orencapsulated

postscript(.eps)format.Ifthisisnotpossible,sendaJPGthatisatleast300dpiand3incheswide.Logos

“grabbed”offthecompanywebsitearenothigh‐enoughqualitytouseinaprinteddocumentsuchasthis.

2) ProvidetheCompanyNameasitshouldappearintheopeningsentenceofthemailer.

3) Providecontactinformationtoappearatthebottomoftheflyer.Mostcompaniesprefertoincludeaphone

numberandwebsite,butanemailaddressorindividualsalescontactnamesmaybeincluded.

4) Letusknowtowhomweshouldsendthecustomizedfileforapproval.

Thedealershouldmakesuretoproofthefilebeforesendingittotheprinter.Wearehappytomakecorrections

ifthereareerrorsinthefilewesendtothedealer,butViconwillnotreimbursedealersforprintingcostsiftypo‐

graphicalerrorsarediscoveredafterthemailershavebeenprinted.
