2. Getting started
(1) Charging ABT-C100
Connect the USB side of the charging cable to the USB port of your
computer and the mini-USB side of the cable to your ABT-C100.
The Red LED will be turned on when charging and turned off when fully
charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the unit.

(2) Turning ABT-C100 on and off

gateway devices (mobile phone)
1) To put ABT

C100 into pairing mode
Move the switch to the right to turn on your ABT-C100. Blue LED
blinks 2 times, one long and one short, with four increasing beep tones.
And then ABT-C100 automatically searches the last connected device
while RED LED blinking. If the last connected device is found, ABT-

device, wait till the icon shows link disconnected. Otherwise, the
connection may fail because both the gateway and ABT-C100 page
simultaneously. Sometimes in this situation, only part of the link may be
established, only telephone link (HFP) or audio link (A2DP), not both.
(5) Connecting ABT-C100 to your
computer
Temporarily break of the link and reestablishment put the device to the
same situation. Just press User1 or User2 button to correct the link.
If this doesn't work, you need to pair and connect again from the start.

dongle, ABT-C100 can be used as AV accessory on the PC, that is

3. Using your ABT-C100
(1) Calling

All talking functions below need hands-free connection or stereo headset
with hands-free connection. Make sure the proper Bluetooth connection
is established.

Call rejection works if the mobile phone supports call rejection feature.
Some mobile phone has the routing options for the call rejection, for
example, provision of error tone or routing to personal voice mail.
<Note>
An echo sound may take place when the voice feedback level is extremely
high and far above the level the integrated Acoustic Echo Canceller can
handle.
4) Making a call
- Dial new number
Enter phone number into your mobile phone and just press of
your ABT-C100. To stop the progressing call, press again.
- Standby status
Your ABT-C100 rings when a call is coming in. Press to
answer the call.

phone numbers on the display of the mobile phone with the very last
number is selected. Scroll and choose the number you want to call, and

5) Adjusting a volume

- Though ABT-C100 and your gateway device comply with Bluetooth
specification (1.2, 2.0,or 2.1) there can be compatibility problem
