本機に使用する電池パック・充電器は、ソフトバ
ンクが指定したものを使用してください。
分解・改造・ハンダ付けなどお客様による修理を
しないでください。
本機内部・電池パック・充電器を濡らさないでく
ださい。
高温になる場所（火のそば、暖房器具のそば、直射
日光の当たる場所、炎天下の車内など）で充電・使
用・放置しないでください。
また、暖かい場所や熱のこもりやすい場所（こた
つや電気毛布の中、携帯カイロのそばのポケット
内など）においても同様の危険がありますので、
充電・放置・使用・携帯しないでください。
本機に電池パックを取り付けたり、充電器を接続
する際、うまく取り付けや接続ができないとき
は、無理に行わないでください。
電池パックや端子の向きを確かめてから、取り付
けや接続を行ってください。
本機と充電器を接続した状態で、踏みつけるなど
外部から過大な力を加えないようにしてくださ
い。
本機・電池パック・充電器を、加熱調理機器（電子
レンジなど）・高圧容器（圧力釜など）の中に入れ
たり、電磁調理器（IH調理器）の上に置いたりし
ないでください。
プロパンガス、ガソリンなどの引火性ガスや粉塵
の発生する場所（ガソリンスタンドなど）では、必
ず事前に本機の電源をお切りください。また、充
電もしないでください。
落としたり、投げたりして、強い衝撃を与えない
でください。

使用中、充電中、保管時に、異音・発煙・異臭など、
今までと異なることに気づいたときは、次の作業
を行ってください。
充電端子や外部接続端子に、液体（水道水、清涼飲
料水、海水、ペットの尿など）や導電性異物（鉛筆
の芯や金属片、金属製のネックレス、ヘアピンな
ど）が触れないようにしてください。また内部に
入れないようにしてください。
本機または充電器が濡れている状態では、
microUSBプラグを絶対に接続しないでくださ
い。
乾燥などの目的で、ドライヤーなどの温風をあて
ないでください。また、サウナに持ち込んだり、熱
湯をかけたりしないでください。
ぐらついた台の上や傾いた所など、不安定な場所
に置かないでください。またバイブレータ設定中
や充電中は、特にご注意ください。
本機を充電器から取り外す際は、コードを引っ張
らず、充電器のmicroUSBプラグを持って取り
外してください。
使用により、皮膚に異常が生じた場合は、ただち
に使用をやめて医師の診察を受けてください。
充電中は、本機・充電器に長時間触れないでくだ
さい。
乳幼児の手の届かない場所やペットが触れない
場所に保管してください。
子供が使用する場合は、保護者が取り扱い方法を
教えてください。使用中においても、指示どおり
に使用しているかをご注意ください。

電池パックのラベルに記載されている表示により、電池の種
類を確認した上で、ご利用・処分をしてください。

火の中に投下しないでください。
釘を刺したり、ハンマーでたたいたり、踏みつけ
たり、強い衝撃を与えないでください。
電池パックの端子に、針金などの金属類を接触さ
せないでください。また、導電性異物（鉛筆の芯や
金属片、金属製のネックレス、ヘアピンなど）と一
緒に電池パックを持ち運んだり保管したりしな
いでください。
電池パック内部の液が眼の中に入ったときは、こ
すらず、すぐにきれいな水で洗い流し、ただちに
医師の診察を受けてください。
電池パック内部の液が皮膚や衣服に付着した場
合は、ただちに本機の使用をやめ、きれいな水で
洗い流してください。
所定の充電時間を超えても充電が完了しない場
合は、充電を中止してください。
電池パックの使用中・充電中・保管時に、異臭・発
熱・変色・変形など、今までと異なることに気づい
たときは、やけどやけがに注意して電池パックを
取り外し、さらに火気から遠ざけてください。
ペットが電池パックに噛みつかないようご注意
ください。また、ペットが噛みついた電池パック
は使用しないでください。
不要になった電池パックは、一般のゴミと一緒に
捨てないでください。

本機のディスプレイ部やカメラ部にはガラスを
使用しております。落下などによる衝撃や無理な
力は加えないでください。
自動車、バイク、自転車などの乗り物の運転中に
は使用しないでください。
高精度な制御や微弱な信号を取り扱う電子機器
の近くでは、本機の電源を切ってください。
ご注意いただきたい電子機器の例
航空機内では航空会社の指示に従い適切にご使
用ください。
心臓の弱い方は、着信時のバイブレーション（振
動）や着信音量の設定に注意してください。
屋外で使用中に雷が鳴りだしたら、ただちに電源
を切って屋内などの安全な場所に移動してくだ
さい。
赤外線ポートを目に向けて送信しないでくださ
い。
充電中は、本機を布や布団でおおったり、包んだ
りしないでください。また布や布団でおおった状
態で、就寝しないようにしてください。
車両電子機器に影響を与える場合は使用しない
でください。
本機に磁気カードなどを近づけたり、挟んだりし
ないでください。
ストラップなどを持って本機を振り回さないで
ください。

本機を長時間ご使用になる場合、高温になる場所
（火のそば、暖房器具のそば、直射日光の当たる場
所、炎天下の車内など）、また、暖かい場所や熱の
こもりやすい場所（こたつや電気毛布の中、携帯
カイロのそばのポケット内など）では熱くなるこ
とがありますので、ご注意ください。
充電しながら携帯電話や機能（ゲームなど）を長
時間使用すると、本機や充電器の温度が高くなる
ことがありますので、温度の高い部分に長時間触
れないでください。
着信音が鳴っているときや、本機でメロディを再
生しているときなどは、スピーカーに耳を近づけ
ないでください。
本機を開閉する際は、指やストラップなどを挟ま
ないようご注意ください。
テレビを視聴するときは、十分明るい場所で、画面
からある程度の距離を空けてご使用ください。
イヤホンを使用するときは音量に気をつけてく
ださい。
充電中は、布や布団でおおったり、包んだりしな
いでください。また布や布団でおおった状態で、
就寝しないようにしてください。
指定以外の電源・電圧で使用しないでください。
使用しない場合は、充電器を持って電源プラグを
コンセントから抜いてください。
万一、水やペットの尿などの液体が入った場合
は、ただちに充電器を持って、コンセントからプ
ラグを抜いてください。
プラグにほこりがついたときは、充電器を持って
プラグをコンセントから抜き、乾いた布などで拭
き取ってください。

充電器をコンセントに差し込むときは、充電器の
プラグや端子に導電性異物（鉛筆の芯や金属片、
金属製のネックレス、ヘアピンなど）が触れない
ように注意して、確実に差し込んでください。
濡れた手で充電器のプラグや端子を抜き差しし
ないでください。
雷が鳴り出したら、充電器には触れないでくださ
い。
卓上ホルダーを自動車内で使用しないでくださ
い。
充電器は、風呂場や洗面所など湿気の強い場所や
水のかかる可能性のある場所では使用しないで
ください。
お手入れの際は、コンセントから、必ず充電器を
持ってプラグを抜いてください。
充電器をコンセントから抜くときは、コードを
引っ張らず、充電器を持ってプラグを抜いてくだ
さい。
充電器をテーブルタップに接続しているときは、
踏みつけるなど外部から過大な力を加えないよ
うにしてください。
充電器をコンセントに接続しているときは、引っ
掛けるなど強い衝撃を与えないでください。
通電中は卓上ホルダーの充電端子に長時間触れ
ないでください。
プラグに手や指など身体の一部が触れないよう
にしてください。

植込み型心臓ペースメーカおよび植込み型除細動器
を装着されている場合は、ペースメーカ等の装着部位
から15cm以上離して携行および使用してください。
自宅療養など医療機関の外で、植込み型心臓ペース
メーカおよび植込み型除細動器以外の医用電気機器
を使用される場合には、電波による影響について個
別に医用電気機器メーカなどに確認してください。
付近に植込み型心臓ペースメーカおよび植込み型
除細動器を装着している方がいる可能性がありま
すので、身動きが自由に取れないほど混雑した状
況等、15cm以上離隔距離を確保できない恐れが
ある場合には、事前に通信機能が使用できない状
態（例：機内モード）に切り替えるか、または携帯電
話の電源をお切りください。
医療機関などでは、以下を守ってください。本機
の電波により医用電気機器に影響を及ぼす恐れ
があります。

This mobile phone
【501SH】
meets the Japanese
technical regulations* and international
guidelines for exposure to radio waves.
The Japanese technical regulations for exposure to radio
frequency energy established permitted levels of radio
frequency energy, based on standards developed by
independent scientific organizations through periodic and
thorough evaluation of scientific studies.
The regulation employs a unit of measurement known as
the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR.
The SAR limit is 2 watts/kilogram (W/k
) averaged over ten
grams of tissue.
The limit includes a substantial safety margin designed to
assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health.
The value of the limit is equal to the value given in
international guidelines recommended by ICNIRP**, which is
in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO).
The highest SAR value for this mobile phone is 0.608 W/k
when tested for use at the ear, and 0.631 W/k

worn on the body in the below manner****.
While there may be differences between the SAR levels of
various phones and at various positions, all phones meet
the Japanese technical regulations.
Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified
power level, the actual SAR of the phone during operation
can be well below the maximum value.

Use at positions other than at the ear****
This mobile phone may be used at positions other than at
the ear. By using an accessory such as a belt clip holster
that maintains a 1.5 cm separation with no metal (parts)
between the body and the mobile phone, this mobile
phone will comply with international guidelines for radio
wave protection.

■European RF Exposure Information
Your mobile device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is
designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio
waves recommended by international guidelines. These
guidelines were developed by the independent scientific
organization ICNIRP and include safety margins designed
to assure the protection of all persons, regardless of age
and health. The guidelines use a unit of measurement
known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR
limit for mobile devices is 2.0 W/k
and the highest SAR
value for this device when tested at the ear is 0.606 W/k

As mobile devices offer a range of functions, they can be
used in other positions, such as on the body as described

Your handset is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is
designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission
limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by
the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S.
Government.
The guidelines are based on standards that were
developed by independent scientific organization through
periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The
standards include a substantial safety margin designed to
assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and

The exposure standard for wireless handsets employs a
unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption

handset with all reported SAR levels evaluated as in
