PHI MGMT. Its purpose is to provide the user with adequately detailed documentation to efficiently install, operate and maintain the Slim Wave System. Efforts
have been made to keep the information contained in this document current and accurate as of the date of publication or revision.
Limited Warranty:
PHI MGMT warrants the Slim Wave System to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of
shipment. The sole obligation of PHI MGMT under this warranty will be to repair or replace the system, at its option, should the Slim Wave System proves to be
defective during the warranty period. The foregoing shall be the sole warranty remedy. As set forth herein, PHI MGMT makes no warranties, either expressed
or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. No warranty is provided if the Slim Wave System is modified
without the express written consent of PHI Management. PHI Management shall not be liable in any event for incidental consequential damage. This warranty
is not activated before the customer returns the completed Slim Wave System registration form within 30 days after the purchase of the product. This warranty
is not assignable.
Service Support:
To return your Slim Wave System under the terms of this one year limited warranty, you must contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA
number) within one (1) year from the shipping date. Email us at sw@slimwavesystem.com to obtain the RMA number from our customer service department.
The return of the Slim Wave System and all accompanying documents must be packed carefully to prevent shipping damage. The RMA number must be clearly
printed on the outside of the shipping container.

Introduction
This operation Manual provides operation and maintenance instructions for the use of the
SlimWaveSystem.
The Slimwave System uses LED lights and optional vibration to diminish body fat. Simply place the adjustable velcro LED light belt around the
target area (abdomen, arms, legs, neck, etc.) and set the timer on the base unit. The red LED light penetrates skin and opens the pores of fat
cells allowing fatty acids to escape and burn off more easily during exercise. Use 10 minutes per treatment area, 2 to 3 times per week in
addition to exercise and a healthy diet.
The same LED cellulite reduction system used in medical offices, is now available for the home and business use. The SWS uses LED lights to
"open up" fat cells, so fatty acids can be burned off more easily during exercise.

are pregnant or nursing.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a personal care item and is returnable only if in its original unopened packaging and unused.

Unpacking and inspection:
Open the carton and check each item in the box. Make sure all the components listed below are included. Unpack your SlimWaveSystem from
the shipping package. Inventory all equipment and make sure your item is complete.

Place the Flexible Light Head (FLH) on the desired part of the body. Make sure the FLH is in firmly against the body part. Do not allow light to
shine into eyes as this can cause damage to your vision.
Use the Velcro strap to firmly attach the FLH to the body part desired.
Turn the SlimWaveSystem on using the toggle switch next to the power cord plugin.
Use the Accelerator Button to start the Vibration function. This will enhance the effect of the LED Lights. Use the time buttons to set the time
desired. The machine default setting is for 20 minutes, we have found 10 minutes to be an effective time setting. Use the - /+ buttons to adjust
the time. Press the Wave button to start the light function of the machine. The Wave will shut off as soon as the time counts down to 0.

To get the best results follow these simple guidelines, this will enhance the effectiveness of the
SlimWaveSystem.

Make sure the FLH is placed firmly against the body part you are treating and secured with the Velcro strap.
Make sure to use the Accelerator for enhanced results
Make sure to fill in your food journal continually throughout the day
Drink Plenty of Water after using the device. Ideally you want to drink ½ ounce of water for every pound of body weight every day, if you
weigh 130 lbs drink at least 65 ounces of WATER each day.
Be sure to make sure to exercise for at least 30 minutes each day. (approximately 500 calories of exercise)
Do not eat 2 hours before or one hour after each session

Note: The Slim Wave System is a Class 1 LED Device, which is safe under reasonably foreseeable conditions (per IEC 608251:1993+A1:1997+A2:2001).
Note: The equipment is suitable for use in medical offices or households.

Note: Use of mobile phones or other electronic devices around the Slim Wave Device may interfere with the device and could cause a
malfunction.
Note: Use or storage of this device in an environment of high humidity or precipitation may adversely affect the device. We advise storing
in a cool dry location, not in a bathroom.
Note: There are no customer serviceable parts in this device. If service is required, please contact PHI Management at
slimwavesystem@gmail.com for instructions.

Below is a list of contraindications. Contraindications are conditions or factors that serve as a reason not to use this machine, as it could be harmful
to the individual using the SlimWaveSystem. If at any time there is a question as to whether the SlimWaveSystem should be used, consult a
medical doctor before use.

Maintenance:
Cleaning and disinfection: After each use, using a soft cloth dampened with warm water or isopropyl alcohol wipe the entire face of the FLH
including the plastic window of the light-emitting surface. CAUTION: Do not allow liquid to enter any of the openings on the unit

Before each use, carefully inspect the SlimWaveSystem to make sure it does not appear damaged.
Before operation the user should check to make sure the protective cover housing of the LED is intact
The SlimWaveSystem has no serviceable parts or calibration requirements.
