Precautions
1. This user manual has been specially designed to guide
you through the functions of your mobile phone.
2. The company follows the strategy of sustainable
development,so we will reserve the right to modify the
product function, interface and the shape without
informing the user.
3. When there are some discrepancies between the
description and the actual product, the actual product
shall prevail.
4. Please power off following the correct steps, do not
remove the battery when power on or charging, to
avoid adverse consequences, such as data loss, etc.
Guidelines for Safe and Efficient Use
To safely and effectively to use your product, please read
this information in depth before using your phone. The
following suggestions may help you to follow the warranty
terms and prolong its service life.
To avoid the damage of hearing, please answer the call or
lower the volume in advance before placing your phone to
ear.
Using your product (phone), charger and other accessories

Turn off your product where noticed and prohibited
(including airports, gas stations and hospital, etc.).

Keep your product and its accessories away from
small children.

Do not expose your product and its accessories to
liquid or moisture or humidity.

Do not expose your product to extreme high or low
temperature.

Do not expose your product to open flames or lit
tobacco products.

Do not paint your product.

Do not drop, throw or try to bend your product.

Do not store your product with PC‐disk, credit‐card,
travel‐card or other metallic objects. Otherwise
information stored in the disk or credit‐card may be
affected by your product.

Do not expose your product or battery in the areas
where temperature may exceed 60 ,such as
windowsill or behind direct sunlight glass plate, etc.

Do not attempt to disassemble your product,do
not unauthorized service your product and its
accessories.

Do not use any battery or chargers that are not
approved by the phone manufacturer, to avoid
potential dangers.



Wipe your product with a slightly damp or
anti‐static cloth. Do not use dry or electrostatic
cloth to wipe your phone.
Do not use chemicals or detergents containing
grinding ingredients, otherwise it may damage the
casing.
LCD parts belong to the fragile and easily scratched
parts that need to pay attention to store. Do not hit
or crush your product. Do not store your product
with sharp objects, to avoid scratching the screen
or your phone.
If your phone, battery,charger or other accessories
are not working properly,bring your product and
related accessories to the nearest authorized
professional maintenance department, the staff will
assist you, and arrange repair if necessary.
Inflammable and explosive area

Turn off your product and comply with all the
safety signs or instructions whenever you in and
around the inflammable and explosive area (e.g.,
refueling points). Otherwise your product will
produce slight spark or radio wave and could cause
explosions or fire.
Aircraft

Turn off your product or switch to the airplane
mode,and comply with all the safety signs or
instructions when you on the plane. In such places,
the waves emitted from your phone can interfere
with aircraft navigation equipment and control
system,and make the automatic control device
receive the wrong information , do the wrong
operation,case danger,even make the plane crash.
Hospital

Turn off your product and comply with all the
safety signs or instructions when you in the hospital.
Otherwise the waves emitted from your phone will
affect the proper functioning of the electronic
medical equipment and the cardiac pacemaker, and
then endanger the patient’s life.
Personal Healthcare Device Class

Mobile phones may affect the operation of cardiac
pacemakers,hearing aid,implanted Cochlear and
other medically implanted equipment. Avoid
placing the mobile phone in the breast pocket.
When using the mobile phone, place it at the ear
opposite the pacemaker. Keep the minimum
distance of 15cm between the mobile phone and
the pacemaker throughout. If you have any reason
to suspect that interference is taking place,
immediately turn off your mobile phone, move it to
the far place, then contact your cardiologist for
more information. If you use any other personal
medical device or implanted equipment , e.g.
hearing aid ,consult the manufacturer of your
device.
Driving

Always give full attention to driving and pull off the
road and park before making or answering a call. If
local laws and/or regulations permit drivers to use
a Hands Free solution,we recommend that you use
‘Interior Hands Free’ solutions intended for use
with your mobile phone only.
Child safety instructions

Keep your phone and all accessories out of the
reach of small children. Do not allow children to
play with your mobile phone or its accessories, they
could hurt themselves or others, or could
accidentally damage the mobile phone or its
accessories. Your mobile phone or its accessories
may contain small parts that could be detached and
cause a choking hazard or serious injury if
swallowed.
Used battery

The used battery should never be placed in
common municipal waste. Please consult local
regulations for disposal of waste electronics
products to get the correct disposal ways.

Use of original accessories

Charger: Connect the AC power adapter to
designated power sources as marked on the
product. Make sure the cord is positioned so that it
will not be subjected to damage or stress. To
reduce risk of electric shock, unplug the unit from
any power source before attempting to clean it.
The AC power adapter must not be used outdoors
or in damp areas. Never alter the cord or plug.

Battery:We recommended that you charge the
new battery (or one that has not been used for a
long time) for 12 hours at least and less than 24
hours before you use your mobile phone for the
first time. The battery can only be charged in
temperatures between ‐5 and +45 . When the
battery is fully charged, unplug the adapter or the
charging cable.
A new battery or one that has not been used for a
long time need several fully charged and discharged
to reach its best performance. Use only our
company branded original chargers to charge your
battery. Do not short‐circuit the battery. To avoid
explosions, never dispose of batteries in a fire.
Power
Function
Press the key, you can access the menu
options interface.
Press the key, you can return to the idle
interface.
Press the key, you can return to the
previous menu.
Using the two keys, you can adjust the
volume. E.g.: The media player playing
the audio and video, calling volume
adjustment, etc.
Long press the key to turn on your phone
when it is off. Long press the key can
switch to Reboot, flight mode or power
off when your phone is on. In the idle
interface, short press the key can lock the
touch screen.

Function Description
Network status identification
Once you insert the SIM card, the idle
screen display the icon.
Battery power level
The more full the bottle is, the more
power the battery has. The icon will be
displayed on Standby screen.
Alarm activated
This icon means the alarm has been set
on. When the clock is set off, it will
disappear automatically.
New message
This icon will be displayed on status bar
when you have unread messages.

Install the memory card (TF card): Open the cover of
the memory card slot, insert a memory card,and then
lock the card slot.

Install the SIM card: SIM1 card slot and SIM2 card slot
is marked as ‘1’ and ‘2’. Insert the SIM card into card
slot following the SIM card logo and directions.
Missed call
This icon will be displayed on status bar
when you have missed calls.
Silent mode
The icon will be displayed on status bar
when changing the phone profile to silent
mode.
Vibration mode
The icon will be displayed on status bar
when changing the phone profile to
vibration mode.
Outdoor mode
The icon will be displayed on status bar
when changing the phone profile to
outdoor mode.
WLAN connection
The icon will displayed in the status bar,
when the phone is connected to an AP
network.
Bluetooth activated
The icon will be displayed in the status
bar, when the Bluetooth is set on.
Headset
The icon will be displayed in the status
bar, when the headphones are connected
to the mobile phone successfully.
Airplane mode
The icon will be displayed on status bar
when changing the phone profile to flight
mode.
Install and remove the memory card, SIM card

Remove the battery before install the memory card
or SIM card.
Turn your product on and off

When your product is power‐off, long‐press the
power key to startup and enter the main interface
(Home).

When your product is in the state of power‐on,
long‐press the power key will pop‐up a ‘Phone
option list’ menu, you can select: ‘Reboot’,
‘Airplane mode’, ‘Power‐off’ as desired.
Charge the battery
1. Plug the end of the adapter into the phone charger/USB
data cable multifunction jack.
2. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
3. Now,the battery power level icon at the top right of the
screen will blink; If your product is power‐off when charged,
the charging dynamic icon will appear in the center of the
screen,that means the battery is charging.
4. When the battery power level icon at the top right of
the screen shows full and no longer moves, it indicate that
the battery is fully charged.
If your product is charged when power‐off,the charging
flash will be static on the screen after completely charged.
The course needs 2‐3 hours in general.
During charging, the battery, phone and charger may feel
hot to the touch, which is normal.
5. When the battery is fully charged,unplug the adapter
from the phone and then from the AC power outlet.
Warning: While charging, the product must be placed in a
ventilated place at ‐5°C to + 55°C,and be sure to use the
charger offered by your provider. Use any chargers that are
not approved by the phone manufacturer will maybe cause
danger,and violate the ratification and warranty clause of
your phone.
Use the headset: As you plug headset into the phone’s
headset jack, your phone’s audio output will switch to
headset output automatically.
Secret password
PIN: PIN (Personal identification Number) can prevent
others to use your SIM card without your permission. Your
PIN is supplied with your SIM card in general. If you enter
your PIN incorrectly three times in a row, you need to enter
your ‘PUK’ to unblock it. For details, please contact with
your network operating company.
PIN2: You need to enter PIN2 when you access certain
services (such as Fixed Dialing Number), if you enter your
PIN2 incorrectly three times in a row , you have to enter
your ‘PUK2’ to unblock it. For details, please contact with
your network operating company.
PUK: To edit your blocked PIN,you need enter your PUK
(Personal Unblocking Key). Your PUK is supplied with your
SIM card. Otherwise, contact your service provider. If you
entered your PUK incorrectly 10 times in a row, the SIM
card can’t be used again. Contact your service provider to
buy a new SIM card. You can’t modify your PUK. If you
lose your PUK, contact your service provider.
PUK2: To edit your blocked PIN2,you need enter your PUK2.
If you entered your PUK2 incorrectly 10 times in a row,you
can’t use the function to need the PIN2. Contact your
service provider. You can’t modify your PUK2. If you lose
your PUK2, contact your service provider.
 Calling functions
Keypad: You can make a call with keypad, phonebook or
logs. Regarding the keypad, you can directly dial the number
from it. Calling record will be shown when no entering in
keypad. Once starting to enter the number, the matched
phone number will be listed out and could be selected to
dial quickly.
Answer a call: In the standby interface, when a call comes in,
please click [Answer] button or click [Speaker] button to
answer; In the lock screen interface, when a call comes in,
please drag the answering icon to down to answer.
Use options during a call: In the call interface, click [Mute]
button, you can hear the other party, but he/she can’t hear
you; press [Speaker] button to activate the speakerphone
feature; press [Add call] can add another calls; press
[Recording] can make a call recording; press [Dialpad] to
activate the digital keypad; press [On Hold] to place a call on
hold.
Reject a call: In the standby interface, when a call comes in,
please click [Decline] button or click [Send SMS] button to
reject, In the lock screen interface, when a call comes in,
drag the Decline icon to down to reject.
Emergency number:
1. You can make an emergency call directly with or without
a SIM card.
2. Different networks support different emergency number,
consult your network operator for details.
Call logs: Call logs save the History you dialed and the
incoming calls.
Fast dialing setting: Set your favorite number, click the
entry to dial out
Phonebook
Phonebook can be used for storing contact information
(names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.). You can
assign personal ringtones and picture phonebook, and do
various communication operation directly.
The contact quantities can be stored in your SIM card
phonebook depend on the memory capacity of your SIM
card offered by your network service providers.
Tip: To better operate and store contact information,
recommend that you store the information in your phone.
Basic operation:Using phonebook, you can view, add and
manage your contact information easily.
Create a contact: 1.In the phonebook main interface, press
[Create a contact] button, and chose save address(Phone or
SIM cards);2. Enter contact information,press [Done], you
phone will save the information and exit the edit interface.
View, edit contact: In the phonebook main interface, press
the contact to access the detail interface of the contact,you
can view the related information stored; Press Message icon,
can send the message to the number; Press the menu key,
you can edit contact using [Edit] in the menu options as well
as other options are available.
Search: The product provides you a search function in the
phonebook main interface, press the icon [Search], enter
the searching keywords,you can find the eligible contact.
Fast locating: This phone gives you a quick locating feature
and can quickly go to the contact. In the "All contacts"
interface, click the letter that corresponds with the contact
name, you can quickly find the location to a contact.
Create a group: In the phonebook main interface, press the
‘Groups’, and press [Add group], then chose save
address(Phone or SIM cards) and enter the name of the new
group, and press [Save], a new group can be added.
Grouping operation: In the group of contacts main interface,
you can press the ‘Menu’, and then the options of [Edit] 、
[Delete(group) ]、[Delete group members]、[Bulk mms]、
[Bulk email] and Move group members. Select relative
option to have further operation.
Message
Write a message: In message menu, press [New message],
access to the message editing interface, enter the contact
number or select from Contact list, after enter your message
text, press [Send] to send a text message,or press ‘Menu’,
then from options of [Add subject], [Insert Contacts],
[Attach],[Common phrases] etc to have more other
operations.
Read messages: If there are unread messages, the tray will
show a prompting icon.
Search message: Press the icon [Search], and then start to
search messages.
Message settings
Storages settings: In the message view, you can delete the
old message if the total number of message reaches the
upper limit; SMS limit: the number of SMS limited to store in
each session; MMS limit: the number of MMS limited to
store in each session.
Notification settings: you can set whether to display the
message notification in the status bar or not; the setting of
ringtone when SIM1 and SIM2 on arrival.
SMS settings: Press the ‘Menu’ button in the main message
interface, select [setting] menu, to have the relative
settings.
Common phrases: Press the ‘Menu’ button in the main
message interface, select [Common phrase], select it and
then create [NEW] or [DELETE] created one. Press the
created common phrase can [Edit] or [Delete] it from
options.
File Explorer: You can view the file content in your mobile
phone and SD card by this file manager. You can manage
files according to the window menu options.
Browser: You can connect to the Internet fast and
conveniently by using your phone browser. In the navigation
page, you can open the homepage easily and browse the
commonly website. When browsing the web, you can
conduct operations according to the browser menu option
button, such as saving bookmarks or webpage, viewing the
history and the download content, settings, and etc
Tip: The phone also provides third‐party browser Opera
Mini applications. Accessing the web function depends on
whether the networks service provider have offered and
you have subscribed this function or not. For details, contact
your network service provider.
Calendar: Access the calendar interface of the current
month. Press Menu, through the menu options,you can
create an activity, search your calendars and select the data,
see the Week, Month, or Day view, setting, etc.
Clock: With this function, you can edit the alarm time,
ringtone, repetitive mode, tags, etc.
Calculator: The phone has a built‐in calculator, which can
add, subtract, divide and multiply.
Music : You can select ‘music’ to access the audio
interface in the application list, you can select songs, playlist,
album or artist to classify. In the process of playing,you
can pause/play, up/down, adjust volume, set the circulation
mode, etc.
Gallery:Click into gallery, you can manage and scan the
pictures.
SIM Toolkit: Using the function, you can view the SIM
information and a variety additional services offered by your
service provider.
Camera: Your product supports for taking photos and
video recording. Before taking a photo or video recording,
you can set the following options: Exposure value, Image
quality, Auto contrast, Color effects, Flash mode, White
balance, Size, Brightness, etc. You can press the Thumbnail
picture to view, edit, share the picture or video. Press
‘Menu’ for more options.
Sound Recorder: Your product supports [Voice Recorder],
you can record voice, set the record formats, view the
record list, etc.
FM Radio: Plug a headset into your product, turn on the
FM radio, you can listen to the radio. You can scan and save
available stations automatically through the menu.
Moreover, in the main interface, you can search channels
manually, view the list of radio stations and turn on the
speaker, etc.
Downloads: You can view all the download files through
[Downloads]. In addition, you can remove or according to
the file name, data, size sorting these files.
Search: You can search the Address book, Message, Note
which stored in your phone.
WhatsApp: WhatsApp is a used for communications
between smartphone applications
Email: Into the list of applications to open e‐mail, enter
your email address and mailbox password and click Next to
create the account name and the name, point to complete
e‐mail to receive your mailbox.
In the Inbox list has the following option:
1.
Refresh: Refresh your email inbox.
2.
Compose: Write a new Email.
3.
Folders: View the Email Inbox and Email Draft
4.
Account settings: Set up your account name,
signature, and receive mail frequency. Open the
email, you can delete, forward, reply , and so on.
Play Store: Need to Google accounts support.
Holo Torch: Click to open or close the flashlight.
Settings
Dual SIM settings: When SIM1 and SIM2 in your phone at
the same time, you can enable SIM1 or SIM2 in idle mode;
when data connecting,voice calling or SMS/MMS sending,
you can use SIM1 or SIM2.
LockScreen settings: Choose the way to lock screen.
WLAN: Using the function, you can search the available
WLAN network automatically or manually. Click one
network to connect. The password may required to access
the network.
To save the power, please keep WLAN function off when it
is not being used.
If the WLAN network has been accessed and saved before,
then the phone will connect to it automatically if the WLAN
network is in range again and WLAN function is ON.
Bluetooth: This function can exchange the information with
other device in short distance. When it is ON, the phone will
search other devices which are on the statues of BT ON
automatically. Select the device found and pair with it to set
up the connection, and then can exchange the data in
between.
In case, manually searching could be performed.
Visibility of the phone could be set up whether to allow
other device find or not.
Wireless and Networks: Using the function, you can set
Flight mode, Tethering and portable hotspot, VPN settings,
Mobile networks, etc.
Audio profile: In the settings, you can select the predefined
Audio Profiles. Each profile can be edited by press it.
You can switch to different Audio profiles based on different
application scenes, and set each profile in detail, except
Silent mode and Vibration mode. The profiles can be set
including: 1.General mode; 2.Silent mode; 3.Vibration;
4.Outdoor mode. You can also add the Customize phone
profiles.
Display: Brightness: Using the function, you can adjust the
backlighting. Auto‐rotate screen: With the function, you can
set whether or not to rotate the screen content
automatically. Other functions includes Font size and
Wallpaper.
Storage: Using the function, you can view the phone
memory/SD card total capacity and available space,
install/uninstall or format your SD card, and view the
available space of your phone.
Battery: Check the lasting time of battery power and
percentage of power consumption of each AP.
Security: Using the function, you can set [Device
administration], [Screen Security], [SIM card lock], etc.
SIM card lock: When you buy the SIM card, the PIN code is
offered by your network service provider, you can select
whether or not to use as required. Activate the PIN lock
feature to require the following settings: Press to access the
SIM lock setting interface, press [Lock SIM card], popup the
window to enter the PIN, enter the PIN code that offered by
your network service provider, press [OK].
Device Administration: Unknown sources: You are allowed
to install applications provided by non‐electronics market.
Manage applications: Using the function, you can manage or
uninstall the applications installed. Running services: Using
the function, you can view or manage the services you are
using.
Accounts: Using the function, you can set or manage the
accounts.
Backup & Restore: Using the function, you can select
Factory data reset, erase all the information, and select
whether or not to format your SD card.
Language and Input: Using the function, you can select the
language area, set the Input Method (IME), add or delete
words to user dictionary.
Data and time: Using the function, you can set the time
updated automatically using the Internet or manually, select
the time zone and data/time format.
Accessibility: You can set your phone to end a call when you
press [Power] etc.
About phone: Using the function, you can view the Status
message, Battery power level, Legal information, Model,
Versions, etc.
Warning
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information
SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions
accepted by the FCC with the phone transmitting at its
highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands,
although the SAR is determined at the highest certified
power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while
operating can be well below the maximum value, in general,
the closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the
lower the power output.
