General Description
The |NFINITV telemetry transmitter is worn by the patient and can
be used with a 3». 5-. or o-Iead wire set with attached ECG elec-
trodes. The lead wires detect the patient‘s ECG, including paced
beats, and the transmitter broadcasts these signals to the dedi-
cated MULTIVIEW WORKSTATION.

I The red smfl' alert button allows the patient to initiate a seri»
ous alarm which sounds at the MULTIVIEW WORKSTATION.
The message Stall Alert is displayed in the patient‘s rievt port.
You can silence this alarm at the MULTIVIEW WORKSTATION
with the Alarm Silence button.
I The white recording button allows you to begin a recording.
For a timed recording press this button less than 3 seconds;
for a continuous recording. press it longer than 3 seconds.
If you press both transmitter buttons simultaneously, a 1 mV cali-
bration pulse is superimposed on the patient‘s BEDVIEW loud dis
play at the MULTIVIEW WORKSTATION.
Transmitter LED Error Patterns (Normal Mode)
Transmitter Self-1h! - When you first insert a battery into a
— transmitter, it performs a self-test and, if the test completes suc-
cesst‘ullyv all of the LEDs flash briefly. If an error is detected, all
the LEDs flash initially and then alternate with an error—specific
pattern.
