Although significant delays or losses ofdata are rare when wireless devices such as the PCS Connection Card -Model PC3200 CDMA modem are used in a normal manner with a well-constructed network, they should not be used in situations where failure totransmit or receive data could result in damage of any kind to the user orany other party, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or lossof property. SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P. accepts no responsibility for damagesof any kind resulting from delays or errors in data transmitted or receivedusing the PCS Connection Card - Model PC3200 CDMA modem, or forfailure of the PCS Connection Card - Model PC3200 to transmit or receivesuch data.Safety and HazardsDo not operate the PCS Connection Card -Model PC3200 in areas whereblasting is in progress, where explosive atmospheres may be present, nearmedical equipment, life support equipment, or any equipment whichmay be susceptible to any form of radio interference.
