WARNINGS:
When using this product it is always important to keep your eyes on the road and hands on the
wheel. Not doing so could result in personal injury, death and/or damage to your SIRIUS XM Radio,
accessories and /or to your vehicle or other property.
Adhesive Mount
2 Hide the wires inside.
The best place to hide your antenna
wire depends on your vehicle. It’s
usually easiest to run the wire from
the rear of the vehicle to the front
toward the radio by routing the
cable along the interior trim where it
meets the carpet, by gently pushing
it behind the edges of the trim. Then
bring the cable out from the trim
and route it under the carpet to the
dashboard or console. Plug the cable
into the radio and coil any extra
wires under the carpet or floor mat.
TIP! Always be careful to include enough
slack in your cable to accommodate open
doors or trunk lids. Use things typically
found around the home, like electrical tape
or twist ties, to secure cables in areas so
that hinges do not pinch the cable. Hide any
excess cable in the trim.
2 Adjust the clamps to fit your vent.
IMPORTANT: Let the adhesive dry for 2 - 3 hours before attaching the vehicle dock and
radio to the mount. For best results let dry for 24 hours.
ANT IN
Plug the Antenna into the vehicle dock’s ANT IN connection.

Aux In Cable
• Use the Aux In Cable if your vehicle has an audio input jack.

3 Plug one of the audio adapters into the vehicle dock’s AUDIO OUT connection.

use either the XM SureConnect (sold separately) or the FM Direct Adapter (sold separately). A
professional installation is strongly recommended if you choose to use this method. Professional
installation can help improve your radio’s reception and significantly reduce the visibility of wires.

vehicle dock and radio when installed.
2 Clean the surface with the alcohol pad and let it dry thoroughly.
Install the Vent Mount
The radio should be placed in your vehicle where it will not interfere with the function of safety
features, e.g., deployment of airbags. Failure to correctly place radio may result in injury to you or
others if the unit becomes detached during an accident and/or obstructs the deployment of an airbag.
You’ll be glad you did this right.
CAUTION: The adhesive used with the adhesive mount may make it difficult to remove. Do not
install this mount on leather surfaces and make sure the air temperature is at least 60°F (15°C).
Vehicle Dock
3 Snap the mount onto the vent.
NOTE: Do it yourself with the step-by-step instructions below if your vehicle has a cassette player or
audio input. If your vehicle does not have a cassette player or audio input, professional installation is
strongly recommended.
