Precautions for use
This mobile phone meets guidelines concerning the exposure to radio waves: Your mobile phone is a radio transmitter and receiver. It
was designed to meet the limits recommended by international guidelines to limit the exposure to radio waves. These guidelines were
developed by and independent scientific organization, the ICNIRP, and include safety margins designed to ensure the protection of all,
regardless of age and health. The recommendations on exposure guidelines for mobile phones employ a unit of measure known as the
Specific Absorption Rate or SAR. The SAR limit defined in the ICNIRP recommendations is 2.0 watts/kilogram (W/kg) averaged over 10
grams of tissue. In tests to determine the SAR, the equipment is used in standard usage positions at its highest certified power level in all
tested frequency bands. The actual SAR level of a device in use may be lower than the maximum value because the equipment is designed
to only use the necessary power required to reach the network. That amount changes depending on a number of factors such as the
distance from a network base station.
Radio frequency interference: Radio frequency output from electronic devices can interfere with other electronic equipment and cause
malfunctions. Although this phone has been designed in accordance with EU regulations on radio frequency emission, telephone wireless
transmitters and electrical circuits can cause interference with other electronic equipment.
We therefore recommend taking the following precautions:
Aircraft: Wireless equipment can cause interference in aircraft. Turn off your telephone before boarding the aircraft. Do not use on the
ground until allowed to do so by the flight crew.
Vehicles: Telephone radio frequency emissions can affect the electronic systems of motor vehicles. In relation to your vehicle, check with
the manufacturer or dealer.
Medical implants: Medical equipment manufacturers recommend a minimum distance of 15 centimetres between a wireless device and an
implanted medical device such as a pacemaker or defibrillator to avoid any interference with the medical device. It is recommended that
people fitted with such devices :
- Always keep wireless equipment more than 15cm away from the medical device.
- Never carry wireless equipment in a breast pocket.
- Place such equipment at the opposite ear to the medical device.
- Turn off the wireless equipment if they think it is interfering with their device
- Follow the instructions provided by the medical implant manufacturer.
If you are fitted with a medical implant and have any questions related to the use of your mobile/wireless equipment, you should consult your
doctor.
Hearing: Warning – When using a headset you might be not able to correctly hear outside sounds. Do not use a headset when it could
endanger your safety. Some mobile devices can interfere with the proper operation of hearing aids.
Other medical devices: Radio transmitting equipment including mobile phones may interfere with the proper operation of insufficiently
protected medical equipment. Consult a doctor or the medical equipment manufacturer to find out whether the equipment is sufficiently
protected from external radio wave signals. Turn of your device where required by regulations, particularly in hospitals.
Health facilities: Hospitals and health facilities may be using equipment which is particularly sensitive to external radio frequency
emissions. Turn off the telephone when staff or notices tell you to.
Blasting sites and marked areas: Turn off your device in potentially explosive areas. Follow all official instructions. Sparks in such areas
can cause an explosion or a fire, resulting in serious injury or death. Turn off your equipment in petrol/gas stations, especially when near the
fuel pumps. Strictly follow usage restrictions in fuel depots, chemical plants or in places using explosives. Potentially explosive areas are
often, but not always, clearly signed. These include areas where it is normally considered advisable to turn off vehicle engines, the area
below deck on ships, chemical storage or transfer plants, and areas where the air contains chemical products or particles, such as grain,
dust and metal powder. Check with the makers of LPG (such as propane or butane) vehicles that the device can be used safely in their
vicinity.
All our phones conform to international standards and regulations, and if need be national ones, with a view to limiting user exposure to
electromagnetic fields. These standards and regulations were adopted after the completion of extensive scientific research. This research
established no link between the use of the mobile phone and any adverse effects on health if the device is used in accordance with standard
practices. However if you would like to reduce the level of exposure to radio frequency radiation you can follow the following rules:
- Call when reception conditions are good to lessen the amount of radiation. To do this, avoid calling from underground car parks or when
travelling by train or car.
- Call when the telephone connection is at its best (displayed by maximum bars of network reception).
- Use a hands-free kit to ensure the phone is kept away from pregnant women’s bellies and adolescents’ lower abdomens.
Operating environment: This equipment conforms to the recommendations on the exposure to radio waves when it is used in its normal
position next to the ear or at a minimal distance of 1.5cm. When a case, belt clip or holder is used to carry the phone on the body, these
should not contain metal and should position the equipment slightly away from the body. Sending data files or messages requires a good
quality network connection. The sending of files or messages can be delayed until such a connection becomes possible. Follow the
instructions according to the delay as the transmission has not been achieved.

1.3 Key Function
Left and right function keys: Press the left-function key to go to main menu, press the right-function key to contacts list.
Dial key: Make and receive calls. Press this key in the Standby interface to enter the call records.
Hang up key: Hang up or end a call. Press this key to return to the standby screen. In standby layout, long press to switch on/off the phone.
Navigation key: Move up, down, left, right four directions.
Number keys 0-9: Dial and digital input mode, enter the number. In a text editing interface, press this button to switch to the list of symbols.

2. Getting used
How to install the battery: Open the back cover, insert the battery into the battery slot, close the phone cover.
How to remove the battery: Switch off the device, open the back cover, remove the battery from the battery slot.
How to charge the battery: Plug one end of the charger to the phone charging port, the other end into a household power outlet. Note: This
device can be connected to a computer USB port to charge. When charging, the battery level indicator on the screen icon was dynamic
display, until the battery is full up. After charging, disconnect the power, then unplug the charger, so that the charger does not load anymore.
3. Make & receive calls
Make a call: Enter the phone number in the standby screen, press the dial key with the selected SIM card to make calls. Press the right
function key to delete the number. During the call press the end key to end the call. You can also choose from a number of direct contacts to
allocate. To select to dial the number: press dial key to call the selected number.
Press the navigation up and down keys to select the number to dial, when you have a record list.
Make an emergency call: Within the GSM system, you can make an emergency call. Enter the emergency number. Phone without a SIM
card can still make emergency calls.
Contacts List: Press the right-function key in the standby screen to access Contacts. Contacts list is displayed by default for all phonebook
records in mobile phone and SIM card. You can press "options" to enter the menu, then select "Contacts Settings -> preferred storage
location" to re-set the display of the phone book.
4. Message
Enter the interface of the message editing, input the message content and press the left function key to access the options menu. Select
"Options" to enter the menu where you can select "Send" or press the OK key to enter the number inputting interface.
Inbox: Inbox storage and manage the received messages. Enter the selected Inbox, press the navigation key to select text, and press the
OK key to read its contents. Press the left function key to access the Options menu: you can restore, delete, forward, call, lock, mark, sort,
etc.
Outbox: Outbox storage and manage the messages sent and stored. Please refer to the Inbox.
Drafts: When edit a SMS which saved as a draft message can be for viewing and management, operation in this feature, please refer to the
Inbox.
5. Call logs
Call logs: This function records related call records. Enter call records, you can see the SIM card related calling records options.
Dialed calls: This function records the number or name recently called. For operations please refer to “Missed calls”.
Received calls: This function records the number or name recently received.
Missed calls: Enter the list of missed calls, press left function keys for details, then press left function button to enter the options menu. You
can delete, preserve, send SMS, make a call, set for rejecting call and other operations.
Rejected calls: This function records the number or name recently rejected. For operations please reference “Missed calls”.
Delete call logs: Recorded calls (missed, dialled, received) can be all deleted or deleted one by one.
Call timers: This function can check related calls time or make them zero.
Call cost: This function can view and set the call charges related or make them zero.
6. Multimedia
DV: this function can help you make video record.
Audio player: Enter the interface of music playing, according to the following key executive related operation:
Video player: The device can play video formats such as .avi files.
FM radio: insert earphone. The earphone/headset is the antenna. The system will automatically scan channels and record firstly open FM
radio. Search Broadcast Channel.
7. Camera
Enter photographed point interface.
Press left function key to enter in the options menu, you can undertake associated Settings.
Camera Settings: image quality, avoid flicker, shutter sound, automatic preservation, display parameters, the front and back camera
switching, etc.
Storage location: you can choose to store the photos in the “Photos directory” or in the memory card. Images stored in "Photos" directory:
click "OK" key to complete the shoot of the photo. Press left or right key to set camera (photo size, night or normal mode, brightness,
contrast, exposure compensation, continuous shooting, white balance, delayed shoot, special effects, switch to video mode).
8. Image
You can view the picture and photos from “capture “and “my picture”.
9. Applications
Calculator: You can execute addition, subtraction, multiplica- tion, division, the four fundamental operations of arithmetic.
Calendar: In the main interface of calendar, press left or right key of navigation keys to switch year and month. Press the "options" to enter
menu, you can view the same day/all (task), add event, jump to a specified date, deal with weekly/monthly check, turn on or off the lunar
switch and so on.
Recorder: Enter recording function. The screen will display the record file list. Press left key to enter options: you can record, play, rename,
delete, set and so on.
Clock: You can set a number of alarm clocks, which support ring when shutdown.
10. Bluetooth
Bluetooth visibility: You can hide or show Bluetooth.
Paired device: Search for the Bluetooth devices nearby yours.
Storage: The file received through the Bluetooth will be stored in the “telephone” or in the “memory card”.
11. Phone Settings
Time and data: Set the time, date and local city and its format.
Select language: Set the language the phone.
Shortcut settings: Set the shortcut function of the navigation direction key. Press the direction key and enter the stated function.
Auto power on/off: Set up automatic switch on or shutdown of the device. Open the automatic shutdown function: when the time is out the
device will automatically turn on/off.
Profiles: The phone provides a few profiles (Normal, Silent, Meeting, Indoor, Outdoor). Select one of them, click left key and choose to
activate that mode. Select settings and you set associated function.
Power management: Show the current use of the battery.
Restore settings: This function will be used for some settings which need to be restored at the default Settings. Choose the item and input
factory password for confirmation (factory password is 1234): the related parameters will return to factory Settings.
11.1 Display Settings
Wallpaper settings: Set the idle wallpaper of phone.
11.2 Security Settings
Power-on password: Open this function when you need to input password. The default password is 1234. Use this password for first
power-on. It is suggested to modify the password with your one code.
PIN code: PIN is personal identification number of the device, (made up of 4 to 8 digits) to avoid the SIM card is illegally used. PIN code is
provided by the network operators. When switch on of the is subject to PIN code, then every time the phone is switched on you must input
the password. Note: if you input wrong password for three times the SIM card will be lock and you will have to input PUK code to unlock.
12. Internet
Your Internet service provider may not support certain functions: in order to guarantee the normal operation of the browser please confirm
your SIM card can support the Internet service.
When you browse the web, it will costs related flow fee. Please check with your operator about costs.
Bookmarks: Bookmark is blank by default. You can reserve the commonly used web sites in the favourites, and mark them with a simple
name. When you select that name you will be directly connected to the web.
Add new bookmark: Choose to add a new bookmark, preserve after enter a new bookmark address and name.
History: It is the record of all web addresses you visited till that moment.
Note: it is suggested not to modify the settings by yourself, or you may not be able to browse web pages anymore.
13. Calendar
You can set the date/week, and add new schedule.

You can view your files in SD card.
15. Profiles
The phone provides a few profiles: Normal, silent, Meeting, Indoor, Outdoor. Select it, click left keys and choose to activate the mode. Select
settings and you set associated function.
