Chapter One Overview
1.1 Overview
IoTBOX-3288M commercial box, its CPU uses a Rockchip RK3288 Cortex-A17
quad-core processor with Android 5.1 system, and the dominant frequency can be up to 1.8
GHz. It uses Mali - t764 GPU and supports 4k, H.265 hard decoding. In terms of storage, the
box can select 8G to 32GB EMMC or 16G to 256G SSD with MSATA interface. In terms of
interface, it supports VGA, Ethernet, HDMI, WIFI, Bluetooth. This product is very suitable for
connecting with the commercial interactive touch screen.
1.2 Features
ROM and RAM can be configured according to customer needs.
Multiple extension interfaces with 4 USB interface.
With double screens, it not only supports the two 4k decoder of VGA, HDMI or LVDS,
but also has the 1080P output function.
It supports horizontal and vertical screen play, video split screen, scrolling subtitles,
timing switch, USB data import and other functions.
The four USB ports have only one OTG port(near the light), which can exchange data
with the computer, while the other ports can only be used to expand storage space or play
It supports headphones and MIC audio input and output.

Chapter Three Power supply and Maintenance
1. Power Adapter
For your personal safety and normal use of this product, please make sure that the AC
power you provide is consistent with the input information on the back of the product's power
adapter. Moreover please use a three-prong power outlet with a reliable grounding terminal.
It is recommended to use the original power adapter of this machine. When the original
power supply cannot be used under special circumstances, be sure to use the power
adapter of the same specification.

Chapter Four Assembly and Use Precautions
Please read this instructions of this guide carefully and strictly follow them during use.
This will help prevent damage to the computer mainframe, extend the service life, ensure
your normal use and computer maintenance as well as ensure your personal safety.
Please read the relevant documents that are included with the first reading. If you have a folder,
please read it first.
Please follow all safety warnings and signs on this product.
Please use the original power adapter or only use the product according to the type of power
source indicated in this product.
In thunderstorms, please do not plug or unplug the network cable. The power cord may be
connected to the outside world.
Unplug the power before cleaning the product. Do not use liquids, sprays or wet wipes.
Please do not disassemble the machine, do not try to repair the product yourself, please do this
work by an authorized professional.
Do not place your computer near a heat source.
Pay attention to moisture. Do not spill water or other liquids on the computer. If the following
conditions occur, immediately unplug the main unit.
The following special circumstances need to be repaired by professional maintenance personnel.
1. The power cord or plug is damaged.
2. The conductive liquid is splashed inside the product.
3. The product has been dropped or the product casing has been severely damaged.
4. Unexplained errors or significant performance changes in the product cannot be ruled out after
regular failure guidelines.
Chapter Five Common Debugging
IoTBOX-3288M commercial box products have been rigorously tested before leaving
the factory, and the products are durable. The problems encountered during use may be
caused by the settings and operations encountered during your use. Or I have encountered
some problems with device compatibility. This common troubleshooting information can help
you resolve some simple operational issues or identify the cause of a repair failure.
