If this valve body is to be used in a Ranger pickup or Mazda B-series pickup with 2.3 or 2.5 L

engine, the 1-2 shift and 3-2 coastdown shift may be too rm.

On these units (Ranger pickup or Mazda B-series pickup with 2.3 or 2.5 L engine) only, use

a T-20 Torx driver to turn the EPC solenoid 1/8th of a turn counterclockwise to clear up rm

shifts. If more adjustment is needed, the adjuster can be turned another 1/8th turn.

Do not exceed 1/4th of a turn total!

Use a T-20 Torx to adjust

the EPC solenoid.
