Motion controller for Reference Tool
WARNING
Carefully read this instruction manual and the instruction manual
for the compatible hardware (Development/Verification Tool for
PlayStation3) before using this product. The compatible hardware’s
instruction manual contains safety precautions for the prevention of
accidents, and instructions for the use and handling of the hardware.
Do not allow the battery to come into contact with fire or subject it
to extreme temperatures such as in direct sunlight, in a vehicle
exposed to the sun or near a heat source.
•When using the motion controller, avoid holding the controller
closer than 8 inches from the face or eyes.
Caution
•Attach the supplied strap and wear it on your wrist.
•Hold the controller firmly and avoid swinging it with excessive
force, especially when using it with another controller.
•Before use, make sure there is plenty of space around you.

Description
This product is designed only for use with the Development/
Verification Tool for PlayStation3. For detailed instructions on
use, refer to the instruction manual of the compatible hardware or
visit your local technical support Web site.
Battery (supplied)
•Charge in an environment where the temperature range is
between 10°C - 30°C (50°F - 86°F). Charging may not be as
effective when performed in other environments.
•Battery duration may vary depending on the usage condition and
environmental factors.
•The battery has a limited lifespan. Battery charge duration
gradually decreases with repeated usage and age. Battery life also
varies depending on the storage method, usage state,
environment and other factors.
When disposing of the motion controller
When disposing of the motion controller, remove the battery and
follow local regulations regarding disposing of batteries.
