The product listed below is not marketed to a consumer as such. Then: is no user manual or ,
advertising literature. Stiyker Instruments will install all modules manufactured.
Fulthermore, we understand that all products with this unit installed will contain the following
information on the label:
Contains Stryker RF Module Model Number 4251-001-010
FCC I'D: Q9R4251001010
IC: 49 l4A—425 1001
“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (I) This device amy not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.”
Where a device label is too small for the above statements, they will be placed in a user manual for
the product with this module installed
The user manuals for the products with this module installed will also have statements cautioning the
user that changes or modifications not expressly approved by Stryker Instruments could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment, Also, the following note will be conspicuously placed in
the users manual:
“The term “10” before the radio certification number only signifies that Industry
Canada technical specifications were met.”
Lastly, the applicable RF Exposure Statement will also be included.
