Important: The EPA certified RBRC® Battery
Recycling Seal on the nickel-cadmium (NiCd) battery indicates RadioShack is voluntarily
participating in an industry program to collect and
recycle these batteries at the end of their useful
life, when taken out of service in the United States or Canada.
The RBRC program provides a convenient alternative to
placing used Ni-Cd batteries into the trash or the municipal
waste stream, which may be illegal in your area. Please call
1-800-THE-SHACK (1-800-843-7422) for information on NiCd battery recycling and disposal bans/restrictions in your
area. RadioShack’s involvement in this program is part of the
company’s commitment to preserving our environment and

The FCC Wants You to Know
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed
to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may
cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of
the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
hints
• Use only batteries of the recommended size and type, and
the recommended battery pack.
• Driving your Hummer for long periods of time can generate
high heat levels and cause wear and tear on the motor. To
help keep heat levels down, when battery power dies, let
the Hummer cool for 10 minutes before installing batteries.
• After charging the battery pack, disconnect it from the
charger. Overcharging the battery pack might damage it.
• Do not touch the motor immediately after using the
Hummer, as it may become hot during use.
• When you disconnect the battery pack from the charger, do
not pull on the connector’s wires. You might damage the
battery pack.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference,
and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference
that may cause undesired operation.
• If the motor runs, but does not respond to the transmitter,
move closer and try again.
• If someone uses a CB nearby, it might interfere with the
control of your Hummer. If this happens, move away from
the CB.
• You cannot operate your Hummer near devices with
transmitters that use the same frequency (27 MHz or 49
MHz). Check the box to see which frequency you have.
• The Hummer might make a popping or grinding noise when
you change gears. This is normal.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which
the receiver is connected.
• Consult your local RadioShack store or an experienced radio/TV technician for
help.
• If you cannot eliminate the interference, the FCC requires that you stop using
your Hummer.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by RadioShack may cause
interference and void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
limited 90-day warranty
This product is warranted by RadioShack against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase from
RadioShack company-owned stores and authorized RadioShack franchisees and dealers.
