Getting to Know Your Blnetooth Speakerphone
To use your Bluelooin speakerphone, please tollow these simple steps:
(al Charge your speakerphone, Prior to using the speakerphone. it is
recommended to charge the battery iully lor the lirst time. Normal lull charge
lime is 3 hrs (Approx l
(bl Place your speakerphone and a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone wilhin
1 meter for pairing.
(c) Ensure your speakerphone and mobile phone is placed within 10 nielers-
Bluatooth sensing distance
IMPORTAN -

has not been used for a longtime or the ballery is drained.

Turning 0n/0ff the Speakerphone
1urnlng On: Speakerphone is under all made:
Press and hold the “MFB” lor 3 seconds until you near a short beep. The blue
LED will llash on ler 3 seconds.
Turning Off: Speakerphone is under standby mode:
Press and hold the “MFB” lor 3 seconds until you hear a long beep. The red
LED will flash on tor 3 seconds.
IMPORTANT: Press the "we" again each time you turn on the speakerphone
to reactive the paring so that the connection in between the speakerphone and
paired mobile phone is resumed. For pairing. please reler to procedures
under “Fairing" .
Pairing
Prior to using the spekerphone lor the first time. you must pair it with e
aluelooth-enabled mobile phone. The lollowing steps describe pairing
instruction tor a typical BIuetooth-enablsd mobile phone.
(a) Place the speakerphone and mobile phone no more than 1 meter apart
to) Ensure the speakerphone is under OFF mode.
(c) Press and hold the “MFB” lor 5 seconds until you hear a long heap. The
LED will llash red and blue alternativelyit is now ready lcr pairing
to) Activate your mobile phone's aluetooth lunction and search tor accessible
Bluetooth devices by referring to your mobile phone user guide for details
(e) Select “BT Speaker" from the list.
(1) Enter the pre-programmed code “0000" and press “OK“ to pair the
speakerphone and the phone When pairing is completed. you may hear a
long beep and the blue LED will flash on 3 times. Now the speakerphone is
under standby mode with blue LED flashes on every 3 seconds
to) Please place the mobile phone to the speakerphone no more than 10 meters.
(Obstruction could cause shorter sensing distance.)
IMPORTANT: I! the pairing cannot be completed within 2 minutes after the
pairing mode is activated, the speakerphone‘s LED will flash on and speakerphone
will be under on mods. Please repeat step (c) to (g) to pair the Speakerphone
and Mobile Phone again
Connection/Link between Speakerphone and Mobile Phone
Alter pairing is completed, speakerphone is always under standby mode.
Belore you place or answer a call. it the headset ICON is not shown on phone
screen, please lollow the simple steps to activate the Bluetooln connection/link
through your phone or speakerphone until the headset ICON is on the screen.
(a) On phone: Select “ET Speaker" from the paired list on your phone
screen.
(b) On Speakerphone: snort press “MFB” and select “Accept" on phone
screen In accept connection,
IMPORTANT: Whenever Biueloolh connection/link is removed, lor example:
power off on speakerphone/mobile phone or out of 10 meter sensing distance.
please activate connection/link as suggested.

Disconnection between speakerphone and Mobile Phone
You may connect your speakerphone with another Bluetooth phone. Please rollow
the simple steps to disconnect the speakerphone with the pro-paired phone,
(a) Power on the speakerphone.
(bl Select “disconnecting" to remove connection tram your phone list.
IMPORTANT: When losing the connection/link. the Speakerphone will send out three
"Dong“ sounds in every minute, and the Speakerphone will be automatically turn all
in 10 minutes later
Using the Speakerphone
Once pairing is complete and battery is ruliy charged. you may access the following
lunctions.
(a) Answering a Call:
To answer a call, wan tor the speakerphone to ring. then short press the “MFB”
to accept the call or answer the call via your mobile phone in the normal way
(oi Ending a Cell:
snort press the “MFE” . to end your call or end the call via your mobile phone
in the normal way.
(a) Reject a Call.
When you hear the ringing tone, press and hold the “MFB” for 3 seconds until
you hear a short beep.
(di Voice Dialing:
lr your mobile phone is voice dialing enabled, under standby mode, press the
“MFB” and when you hear a beep, say the voice lag.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to record voice lag Into the mobile phone
beiore using voice dialing runetion Functionality varies depending on the

(9) Last Number Re-Dialing:
Under standby mode. short press “MPH" twrce for last number redial.
(r) Adjusting the Volume:
During conversation in progress, press the volume button repeatedly until
you reach the proper volume level.
(gt Mute e Un~mute:
To mute the speakerphone, press the ‘MODE' button lot 3 seconds.

To un-mule the speakerphone. press the “MODE“ button ror 3 seconds.
(it) Privacy phone:
During conversation through the speakerphone, press the 'MODE' button once,
then the speaker and mic volume will be decreased with LED flash blue and
you may now use the speakerphone as a normal handset ror privacy purpose.
To resume handsrree mode. press the “MODE" button again.
(i) Call Inter-Changing
(1 )Speakerphone to phone‘: During conversation is in progress. press and
hold the "V0“ Bi 'V-' buttons Simultaneously. and the call will be translerred
to mobile phone
(2)Mobi|e phone to Speakerphone: Press the "MFB' button,ano the call will be
transferred

LED will flash on every 3 seconds and speakerphone wrll emll 3 beeps
every 1 minute The speakerphone will power off wilhin 2 minutes This is
normal The speakerphone will be back lo normal performance after
completion pairing wilh Eluetoolh devices.

(b) Ensure your mobile phone's bluetooth teeture is activated. Please relor to
your mobile phone user guide tor specific instruction.
to) Ensure the speakerphone is within a maximum or 10 meters or your mobile
phone(s) and there are no obstructions, such as well or other electronic

(d) If all the above steps do not resolve your problem. please remove your
battery tor a while.
