BRUSH SELECTOR GUIDE-CYLINDRICAL
We provide brushes and pad holders that will give you the best possible performance between machine and floor. Following are descriptions
of the materials and their applications.
Soft Nylon Brush:

Least aggressive brush available. Used on soft-finish floors where a more aggressive brush would leave scratch
marks, or in applications requiring very light cleaning.

Hard Nylon Brush:

Cleaning action similar to polypropylene. More durable and wear-resistant than polypropylene.

Polypropylene Brush:

Standard for carpet only models. Low cost, yet effective cleaning for carpeted areas and many common floor
surfaces.

180 Grit Brush:

Least aggressive grit brush. Used for daily cleaning of hard-finished floors.

80 Grit Brush:

Medium aggressive grit brush. Good all-around brush for medium to heavy buildup removal. Can also be used for
general stripping operations.

46 Grit Brush:

Most aggressive grit brush. Used primarily to clean heavy buildup on concrete floors in factories, or for heavy stripping of finish.

Multi-Surface:

Standard for multi-surface models. Anti-microbial brush designed for all flooring surfaces.
