1. Start the MOVETIME applicaon to begin pairing. Choose

Use thewatch face funcon to personalize the appearance of
your watch. Fieen watch faces are available: choose from
5 dierent styles, each of which can be shown in 3 dierent

formats.You can long press the screen and swipe le/right to
selectyourfavoritestyleandthenswipeuptopreviewthetwo
otherformats.Selectyourfavoriteonebytouchingit.
4 Contacts & Bluetooth Call
Whenthereisanincomingcall,touchtoanswerorrejectit.
You can synchronize 20 contacts from your phone with your
watchusing the MOVETIMEapplicaon.You canthen call any
of them by simply touching the contact name whenever your
Smartwatchisconnectedtoyourphone.
Note:MakesurethatyourMOVETIMESmartwatchisconnected
withyourphone.

5 Applicaons
Callallowsyoutodial,answer,andrejectcallsviayour
watch. First enable Bluetooth calling. On the Home
screentouchtheDialicon,input a number,and touch
the Call icon. Alternavely, open Contacts, select a
contact, and touch the Call icon. For incoming calls,
thewatchwill vibrate and an incoming call screenwill
display.Touchtoanswerorrejectthecall.
Acvityrecordsallofyouracons.Youcanviewdetailed
data for dierent modes such as Steps, Calories,
Distance,Sleep,etc.YourMOVETIMESmartwatchonly
recordsyourdeep and light sleep ifyou areasleepfor
30minutesorlonger.
Seng allows you to congure your Wi-Fi, gesture,
ringtone, me, password, rmware, language, factory
sengetc.Scrollup/downandtouchtheonethatyou
want to set. Please nd more details on the following
page.
HeartRatemeasuresyourheartrate.Touchtheheart-
shaped icon to obtain a measurement over several
seconds.NotethatyourMOVETIMESmartwatchmust
havepropercontactwithyourwristtoensurethedata
isaccurate.Donotmoveyourbodywhiletakingheart
ratemeasurements.
Music enables you to skip, pause, or stop the song
currently playing on your phone. You can also adjust
thesoundvolumebymakingcirclesonthescreenwith
yournger.

Event shows you items entered in your calendar.You
canvieweventsinyourwatchandeditthemintheApp.
Your watch will indicatewhen an event is happening.
You can slide le to close this event or press right to
snoozefor5minutes.
Workouttracksyourtnessacvies.Youcanidenfy
a lap within your workout period and then swipe the
screentoviewdetailed informaon(suchasthe steps
you took, distance you covered, etc.) for each one.
You can select running and walking modes, and touch
theheart-shapedicon to enable connuousheartrate
measurementduringyourworkout.
Alarmprovidesyouwithareminderwheneverapreset
mehasarrived.Youcansettheme,repeat,orswitch
on/othealarmonyourwatch.Yourwatchwillindicate
whenthemehasarrivedandyoucanthentouchitto
eitherdismissorsnoozethealarm.
Weatherprovidesaforecastforthenext12hoursand
forthenext5days.Currenttemperatureisdisplayedin
theboomleofthescreen.Youcanswiperighttosee
theweatherforecastforthenextday.
Camera controls your phone’s camera, allowing you
to take a photo remotely. Touch the icon on your
MOVETIMESmartwatchtoturnonCameraandtouch
totakeapicture.Imageswillbesavedinyourphone’s
Gallery.
Worldclockdisplays5dierentmesengs.Bydefault
these are Beijing, London, Paris, Washington, and
Moscow.Youcanlongpresstheworldclocktochange
andsetthemezone.

Find my phone helps you to locate the smartphone
pairedwithyourwatch.Touchitandyourphone’salarm
will sound or vibrate if it is currently connected with
yourMOVETIMESmartwatch.
ToolsincludeaStopwatchandTimer.
Stopwatch measures the amount of elapsed me and
Timerprovidesyouwithacountdown.Selectameand
pressOKtobegin.Youcanchoosetoconnueorcancel
themerbytouchingtheicon.
Note: If you are using the Heart Rate applicaon, your
MOVETIME Smartwatch should be fastened rmly to your
wristasshowninthefollowingpicture,toensuretheresultsare
accurate.Donotmoveduringthetest,otherwisetheresultsmay
beabnormal.
If you enable connuous heart rate measurement during a
workout,donotmovefor15secondsbeforeyoustartexercising.

When there are nocaons, touch and drag up to open the
Nocaonpanelandreadthedetailedinformaon(2).
Message: Shows you the sender and contents of an
incomingmessage.
E-mail: Remindsyouofunreade-mails.

Wi-Fi:OpenWi-FiandconnecttoaWi-Fihotspotbyfollowing
thepop-upinstrucons.Yourphonewillremindyoutoinputthe
Wi-Ficode.
Gesture: You can set GESTURE CONTROL, DOUBLE TAP to
illuminatescreenandBRINGTOSEEfromhere.Youcancontrol
your smartphone’s music and camera by using gestures sensed
byyourwatch.
Music control: Tap yourwatch two mes on the home screen
to play or pause music. Keep your watch sll for two seconds
before beginning a gesture. Then, turn yourwrist 90° forward
(1) MakesureMOVETIMESmartwatchisconnectedwithyourphone.
(2) MOVETIME Smartwatch will gently vibrate when there is an
incomingnocaon.

manually.
Phone Lock: If this funcon is enabled,you will need to input
yourpasswordaerpoweringonorperformingafactoryreset.
Firmware: Checkthe currentrmwareversion and update to a
newversion if one is available andyour watch is connected to
aWi-Fihotspot.
Factory reset:Resetyourwatch.

Your device has been tested in a controlled environment and
cered to be water- and dust-resistant in specic situaons
(meets requirements of classicaon IP67 as described by
the internaonal standard IEC 60529 - Degrees of Protecon
provided by Enclosures [IP Code]; test condions: 15 - 35 °C,
86 - 106 kPa, 1 metre, 30 minutes). Despite this classicaon,
yourdeviceisnotimpervioustowaterdamageinanysituaon.
You may,forexample,wearand use thedeviceduringexercise
(exposure to sweat is OK), in the rain, and whilewashing your
hands with fresh water. But submerging your device is not
recommended and the device is only protected against low
pressurewaterstream.Therefore,it’snotrecommendedtowear
yourdevicewhileswimmingortakingashower.
