TheM70Modulehasbeengrantedaslimitedmodularapproval,whichwasdesigned

tobefixedtospecifiedhostonlyinthismanual.



1.Separateapprovalisrequiredforallotheroperatingconfigurations,including

portableconfigurationswithrespectto2.1093anddifferentantennaconfigurations.



2. AlabelmustbeaffixedtotheoutsideoftheendproductintowhichtheM70

moduleisincorporated,withastatementsimilartothefollowing:Thisdevice

containsFCCID:RAD312.



3. Thismoduleistobeinstalledonlyinspecifiedhostasspecifiedinthismanual

only.ThehostwiththisLMAmodulehasbeentestedagainstthisSARlimit.The

highestSARvaluereportedforproperlywornonthebodyis1.176W/kg.This

devicewastestedfortypicalbody‐wornoperationswiththebackofthehost

whichis5mmdistancewiththebody.TomaintaincompliancewithFCCRF

exposurerequirements,useaccessoriesthatitwastesteddirectlywiththeuser's

bodyandthebackofthehost.Theuseofbeltclips,holstersandsimilar

accessoriesshouldnotcontainmetalliccomponentsinitsassembly.Theuseof

accessoriesthatdonotsatisfytheserequirementsmaynotcomplywithFCCRF

exposurerequirements,andshouldbeavoided.



4. Separateapprovalisrequiredforallotheroperatingconfigurations,including

portableconfigurationswithrespecttoFCCPart2.1093anddifferentantenna

configurations.



5.Acertifiedmodularhastheoptiontouseapermanentlyaffixedlabel,oran

electroniclabel.Forapermanentlyaffixedlabel,themodulemustbelabelledwith

anFCCID:RAD312.TheOEMmanualmustprovideclearinstructionsexplainingto

theOEMthelabellingrequirements,optionsandOEMusermanualinstructionsthat

arerequired



ForahostusingathisFCCcertifiedmodularwithastandardfixedlabel,if(1)the

module’sFCCIDisnotvisiblewheninstalledinthehost,or(2)ifthehostismarketed

sothatendusersdonothavestraightforwardcommonlyusedmethodsforaccessto

removethemodulesothattheFCCIDofthemoduleisvisible;thenanadditional

permanentlabelreferringtotheenclosedmodule:

“ContainsTransmitterModuleFCCID:RAD312”or“ContainsFCCID:RAD312”must

beused.ThehostOEMusermanualmustalsocontainclearinstructionsonhow

enduserscanfindand/oraccessthemoduleandtheFCCID.



6.HostproductisrequiredtocomplywithallapplicableFCCequipment

authorizationsregulations,requirementsandequipmentfunctionsnotassociated

withthetransmittermoduleportion.compliancemustbedemonstratedto

regulationsforothertransmittercomponentswithinthehostproduct;to

requirementsforunintentionalradiators(Part15B).Toensurecompliancewithall

non‐transmitterfunctionsthehostmanufacturerisresponsibleforensuring

compliancewiththemodule(s)installedandfullyoperational.Ifahostwas

previouslyauthorizedasanunintentionalradiatorundertheDeclarationof

Conformityprocedurewithoutatransmittercertifiedmoduleandamoduleisadded,

thehostmanufacturerisresponsibleforensuringthattheafterthemoduleis

installedandoperationalthehostcontinuestobecompliantwiththePart15B

unintentionalradiatorrequirements.Sincethismaydependonthedetailsofhowthe

moduleisintegratedwiththehost,wesuggestthehostdevicetorecertifypart15B

toensurecompletecompliancewithFCCrequirement:Part2SubpartJEquipment

AuthorizationProcedures,KDB784748D01v07,andKDB997198aboutimportation

ofradiofrequencydevicesintotheUnitedStates.



9.TocomplywithFCCregulationslimitingbothmaximumRFoutputpowerand

humanexposuretoRFradiation,themaximumantennagainincludingcablelossina

mobile‐onlyexposureconditionmustnotexceed0.3dBiinthe850bandand1.2dBi

inthe1900band.



10.Ausermanualwiththeendproductmustclearlyindicatetheoperating

requirementsandconditionsthatmustbeobservedtoensurecompliancewith

currentFCCRFexposureguidelines.



11.ThisFCCApprovalisaLimitedModularApprovalsubmissionforaspecifichost

device(TabletPC)only.ThemanufacturerofthishostdeviceisTCTMobileLimited

withBrandName:ALCATEL;ModelNumber:OneTouchT70;FCCID:RAD310.This

WwanModulehasnoitswonpowersupplyanditmustbeconnectedwiththishost

devicewhileworking;andthePMUofthisHostDeviceisTPS659102A1RSLRwhich

willcontrolthepowersupplyregulation.


