Welcome! This manual brief is the profile of your WI-FI display dongle, about

How to start your Dongle
1. Plug HDMI Port into TV’s
HDMI port; then plug micro
USB port of USB cable into
V100’s USB port, plug the
standard USB port of this USB
cable into TV’s USB port;
2. Waiting for TV display the
booting UI;
3. Set your mobile phone:
click “Setting” -> “Display” ->
“wireless display” ->
“search”;
4. Please click “ V100-**** ” item, then you can see the connection status
in UI caption. Press the match key according to caption when use it at
the first time. Seconds later you can see the screen of phone display on
the TV.

Safety and Use
We recommend that you read this chapter carefully before using the Wi-Fi
display Dongle. The manufacturer disclaims any liability for damage, which
may result as a consequence of improper use of the Wi-Fi display Dongle or
of use contrary to the instructions contained herein.
Traffic Safety
When driving, do not use the Wi-Fi display Dongle.
When switched on, the Wi-Fi display Dongle emits electromagnetic waves
that can interfere with the vehicle’s electronic systems such as ABS anti-lock
brakes or airbags. To ensure that there is no problem:
- Do not place the Wi-Fi display Dongle on top of the dashboard or within
an airbag deployment area.
- Check with your car dealer or the car manufacturer to make sure that the
dashboard is adequately shielded from Dongle RF energy.
Conditions of Use
- Switch the Wi-Fi display Dongle off before boarding an aircraft.
- Switch the Wi-Fi display Dongle off when you are in health care facilities,
except in designated areas. As with many other types of equipment now
in regular use, the Wi-Fi display Dongle can interfere with other electrical
or electronic devices, or equipment-using radio frequencies.
- Switch the Wi-Fi display Dongle off when you are near gas or flammable
liquids. Strictly obey all signs and instructions posted in a fuel depot,
petrol station, chemical plant, or in any potentially explosive atmosphere.
- When the Wi-Fi display Dongle is switched on, it should be kept at least
15 cm from any medical device such as a pacemaker, a hearing aid or
insulin pump, etc.
- Do not let children use the Wi-Fi display Dongle without supervision.
- When replacing the cover, please note that the Wi-Fi display Dongle
may contain substances that could create an allergic reaction.
- Always handle the Wi-Fi display Dongle with care and keep it in a clean
and dust-free place.
- Do not allow the Wi-Fi display Dongle to be exposed to adverse weather
or environmental conditions (moisture, humidity, rain, infiltration of
liquids, dust, sea air, etc). The manufacturer’s recommended operating
temperature range is -15°C to +55°C.
- Do not open, dismantle or attempt to repair the Wi-Fi display Dongle
yourself.
- Do not drop, throw or bend the USB Dongle.
- Do not paint it.
WEEE Approval
The Wi-Fi display Dongle is in compliance with the essential requirements
and other relevant provisions of the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE Directive).
RoHs Approval
The Wi-Fi display Dongle is in compliance with the restriction of the use of
certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHs Directive).
FCC Regulations
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off
and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or
more of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which
the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user‘s authority to operate the equipment.

This device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio
waves. This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the
emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the
Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government.
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. In order to avoid the possibility of exceeding the
FCC radio frequency exposure limits, human proximity to the antenna shall
not be less than 20cm (8 inches) during normal operation.
License
The Wi-Fi Logo is a certification mark of the Wi-Fi
Alliance. Your device uses non-harmonized frequency
and is intended for use in all European countries.
The WLAN can be operated in the EU without restriction
indoors, but cannot be operated outdoors in France.

Your device is a transceiver that operates on Wi-Fi with 2.4GHz and 5GHz,
but the band 4(5.725-5.825GHz) don’t use in Europe.
Users have to use the connection to USB interfaces with USB 2.0 version or
higher.
The device is tested for typical body worn operation. The minimum distance
between the user and/or any bystander and the radiating structure of the
transmitter is 20cm. This equipment is in compliance with the essential
requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive
