Quick Start Guide
Working Principle and Applicability
This product adopts EMS technology (the working voltage is up to 30V-60V). Users with
heart disease, high blood pressure or other diseases please do not use this product.
Please keep this product far away from the human brain. Please do not provide this
product to children below 18 years old.
This product is mainly suitable for families.
How to use the Koogeek app
1. Download the Koogeek app by one of following ways:
(i) scan the QR code on the package box; or
(ii) visit the URL: http://app.koogeek.com/download; or
(iii) search “Koogeek” in the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the Koogeek app and log in. Sign up for an account if you don’t have one. (Note:
One registered account supports multiple users).
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function when using the Koogeek app. (You need to open the
Koogeek app before connecting to Koogeek devices).
4. To add new users, go to
> Settings > Add another user.
5. To switch the unit, go to
> Settings > Units.
6. The measurement data that fails to find its user will be recognized as an unknown
measurement and uploaded to the Koogeek app via Bluetooth. To see these unknown
measurements, go to
to a given user.

How to use the product
1. Automatically connect to Bluetooth: When you turn on Bluetooth and launch the
Koogeek app main interface, this product will build Bluetooth connection with your phone
automatically (no need to enter a password).
2. Turn on: long press "+" button to turn on (about three seconds)
3. Shut down: long press "-" button to shut down (about three seconds)
4. Launch Koogeek app and turn on the massager to set the intensity and working mode.
5. Adjust the intensity: When the massager is powered on, you can short press the "+" or
"-" button to adjust the intensity. You can also adjust the intensity through Koogeek app.
6. Switch the working mode: You can switch the working mode by long press the "+"
button for about 3 seconds. You can also switch the working mode through Koogeek app.
7. Charging: Connect a 5V USB charger and the massager with a Micro-USB charging
cable. (The charger is not included in the package)
8. Change the gel patch: The gel patch is consumable. After Long-term usage, the gel
patch may be damaged. This will affect massage performance. (For safety and best
massage performance, please use the company's professional gel paste replacement
use)
9. Reset button: When the massager crashes or is failed to turn on, you can reset
massager through the reset button.
Check the record
View your usage records at the Koogeek app main interface of the massager.
Trouble Shootings
Q: The product can’t connect to the Koogeek app.
A: Possible Causes
1. Bluetooth is not enabled.
2. The system version of your Android phone is earlier than Android 4.3.
3. The product is too far away from the mobile devices.
4. There are obstacles like walls between the product and mobile devices.
5. The product cannot be controlled normally.
A: Solution
1. Turn off Bluetooth, then turn on again. Make sure that Bluetooth connection works
normally.
2. Use Android phones running Android 4.3 or above. (Enabling GPS function is
required on Android 6.0 or above phones )
3. Move the product closer to mobile devices.
4. Avoid using the product when there are obstacles between it and mobile devices.
5. Recharge it, and then restart the product.
Q: The device can’t be turned on.
A: Possible Causes
1. The battery is too low.
2. The system crashes.
A: Solution
1. Recharge the product.
2. Restore the product to factory settings (by using a pin to press the reset hole).
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage
· Keep the product clean with a dry, soft cloth. If needed, first use a cloth to dip a little bit
of water or neutral detergents, wring it out and wipe the surface of the product, and then
clean it with a dry cloth. Prevent water from entering the product, so as not to damage the
internal electronic components.
· Gel patches are consumables, please keep them clean and protect them properly after
use.
· Do not expose this product to direct sunlight, dust, and contaminated environments.
· Do not use gasoline, volatile oil, diluents, alcohol, and other chemical solvents to wipe
and clean the product.

1. The product is a precision instrument, please handle with care. Avoid causing product
malfunction due to the impact or drop.
2. Do not immerse the product in the water.
3. If the product can't be used normally, please stop using and consult distributor.
4. Do not disassemble this product.
