Installa ation The installattion process of the CT202 20 should be e as follows: 1. Securely ffix the CT202 20 in position 2. Connect p power to the CT2020 3. Due to vehicle sccreens having g different inclines and a angles the CT T2020 has be een produceed with shield ding. The shields prote ect the came era lens from any glare fro om internal illumination, i.e. instrumeent panel/das sh lighting. The shield iss designed fo or use in veh hicle windscre eens for pas ssenger cars, LCV’s, Vanns, this shield d has been tested in mo ost manufactu urers vehicle es. The CT20 020 shields are a equipped with a self-aadhesive blac ck tape of the highest quality on the bottom and sides of the shi eld, this ensu ures the CT2 2020 can be stuck safely and securelyy urface. to a glass su Ideally, the C CT2020 shou uld be mountted in the mi ddle of the windscreen to o provide opttimum visibility. Mark the e positioning within the ve ehicle and the en disassem mble the unit. 1. Select the e position witthin the windscreen of the e vehicle. 2. Clean the e area on the windscreen (if using a liq quid cleanerr wait for the glass to dry)) 3. Remove tthe backing tape and stic ck the shield to the windo ow. Press firm mly until the sshield is fixed to the windscreen g at the wind dscreen from the front of tthe vehicle you y will be ab ble to see thee adhesive bonding to the 4. Once the CT2020 is e engaged with h the shield itt should be ssafe to temporarily remov ve your handd, the shield will hold it in place. ep is to tightten the locking clip, thiss will fully co onnect the CT2020 to thhe shield. How T To Con nfigure The C CT2020 However thhe setup pro In most insttances the camera will come with th he text file pre-installed. ocess for the CT2020 is o one of the ea asiest develo oped for 3G video transmission and simply requuires a text file f documen nt created for tthe camera unit. The tex xt file is take n from a tem mplate and copied from yyour PC or Laptop to the micro SD ca ard. Installing SIM M & Micro SD D Card ds It is recomm mended that you y only use the Micro SD D card and the SIM card supplied witth the CT202 20. C Connec cted DV VR Instaallation n Guidee Voltag ge/Pow wer The CT2020 0 has a voltag ge range of 9-36v, when installing the e CT2020 yo ou must ensuure you conn nect to a suitable pow wer source within the vehicle. The pow wer cable ca an be cut to le ength if requ ired.
