To turn on the built-in step tracker follow the steps below:1.  Power on your earphones, and pair them with your Bluetooth phone.2. Press and hold the Volume Up button and your earphones will begin tracking your steps, miles travelled, and calories burnt.3. Press and hold the Volume Up button again at any time and you will be updated audibly so that you can keep track of your progress.4. Press and hold the Volume Down button to stop tracking your measurements and clear all data.  Similarly, all data will be cleared if you power your earphones o.ear buds rest gently in your ear and drape around the back of your neck.  Use theear caps that works best for you. -Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3-5 seconds to power on your earphones.
