Thank you for this information. Yes, you are right, the photo is fine. I just added a note to it that
the label shown was not the correct, final label; that it was just showing location only. So, the
only thing I need now is the 15.19 and the 15.21 statements in the manual. Are they there and I
missed them? If they are not, just send me another declaration of intent to add them, like you did
with the 15.105, and that will be that. I am now forwarding your info to Greg Czumak for review
now that we have the manual. However, we still need to complete this 15.19/15.21 issue. Thank

attached some new documents.
Regarding the engineer's drawing for the label, this is still missing.
Because the equipment is very small, there is only one possible place for
the label - and that is where you can see the label on the photos. Do you
think an engineer's drawing is really necessary? If yes, we have to create a
new document, please let me know.

I have reviewed the information you sent, and I appreciate your response.
However, there are still some issues, and I want to make sure we are on the
same "page" as far as what is still needed.
1. Label location - You sent a very nice example of the label, but not an
engineer's drawing of photo of label location.
2. User's manual - You sent the declaration saying the you would add the
15.105 statement in the manual, however there was no manual in your
information. We still need this document.
3. User's manual information/statements - Please show where the 15.21 and
the 15.19 (due to the small size of the card), will be added to the manual
(ideally, with the 15.105 statement).
Please keep in mind that we cannot forward for a technical review until we
receive the user's manual. If I was not clear in my prior request, I
apologize. Also, should you need any further assistance, please do not
hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
