• Yellow icon
means photo

This document states the warranty, safety and other useful information related to the use of your device and
original accessories delivered with it (together named “Product”).
Warranty Policy
Our Warranty
Your Tamaggo-branded Product is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1)
year, or for a period corresponding to the minimum legal requirements valid in the country of initial purchase of the
Product.
The Warranty Period starts from the date of the initial purchase of the Product.
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Tamaggo or its service partners, at their option and to the extent
permitted by law, will either (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in
performance and reliability, or, (2) replace the Product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or
equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (3) refund the original purchase price in accordance with the
terms and conditions stipulated herein.
Should your Product need warranty service, please return it within the Warranty Period to the dealer from whom it
was purchased along with proper identification, a return authorisation number obtained from the Tamaggo website
or provided by a Tamaggo representative, and the original proof of purchase.
Information stored on your device
Tamaggo and its service partners will not protect, recover, or return data during the warranty service. Please note
that some of your personal settings, downloads and other information may be lost when your Product is repaired or
replaced. At present, Tamaggo may be prevented by applicable law, other regulation or technical restrictions from
making a backup copy of certain downloads. Tamaggo does not take any responsibility for any lost information of
any kind and will not reimburse you for any such loss. You should always make backup copies of all the information
stored on your Product before handing in your Product for repair or replacement.
LIMITATIONS
This warranty excludes damage resulting from normal tear and wear, misuse, accident, modifications, liquid and
highly humid areas, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover any failures
caused by (1) installations, modifications, or repair or opening of the Product performed by a person not authorized
by Tamaggo, or (2) use of accessories or other peripheral devices which are not Tamaggo-branded original
accessories intended for use with the Product.
Tamaggo and its service partners reserve the right to charge a handling fee if a returned Product is found not to be
under warranty according to the warranty conditions.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAMAGGO, ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND
SERVICE PARTNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR
SERVICE OF THE PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE
AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL,

WRITTEN, EXPRESSED, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, TAMAGGO, ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND SERVICE PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED
AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN SUCH
WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty,
and your seller is solely responsible for any other warranties.
Some countries/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation
of the duration of implied warranties, so the preceding limitations or exclusions will apply to the extent permitted by
applicable law.
Safety and security
For Your Safety
To prevent damage to your Product or injury to you or to others, please read the following safety precautions in
their entirety before using the Product and visit our website at tamaggo.com to obtain additional information
related to the use of the Product.
Use the Product only for its purpose.
Turn off in the event of malfunction
Should you notice smoke and/or an unusual smell coming from the Product or the battery charger, unplug the
charger immediately, taking care to avoid burns. Continued operation could result in injury or fire.
Do not disassemble the Product
This Product is not intended to be disassembled. Do not attempt to open it. Any such attempt will void the
warranty and may result in personal injury.
Do not use the Product in the presence of flammable gas
Do not use the Product in the presence of flammable gas, as this could result in explosion or fire.
Handle the Product with care
Observe normal precautions with this Product, protect yourself and others of unappropriated manipulations. Keep,
among others, any small ancillary parts out of the reach of children and animals, and do not place the carrying
strap over a child’s or animal’s head and neck. Do not bite or suck the Product. In case of allergies to metal or
certain paintings, itching, eczema, swelling of the skin could appear. Do not use the Product anymore and consult
your physician if it was the case. During connection of the Product with another device via Bluetooth, avoid the
Product to be too close (less than 15 cm) from health devices such as pacemaker, with which interferences could
appear.
Observe the following precautions when handling the Product

Prevent falls and impacts on the Product. Do not put the connectors of the Product in contact with conductors,
such as liquids, dust, metallic objects, or lead pencils or pens. Inadequate contacts with conductors may cause a
short‐cut, corrosion and could result a malfunction, a fire or electric shock.
Keep the Product dry and protected from dust and smoke. Smoke, dust, moisture, water on or in the Product may
result in malfunction, fire or electric shock.
Keep clean and dry. Do not use cleaning or detergents. Dust on or near the AC connector should be removed with
a dry cloth.
This product is not designed for continued use, which could result in overheating.
It is preferable to disconnect the battery charger from the line prior to the onset of an electrical storm. If
connected, do not handle the connecting cable during an electrical storm. Failure to observe this precaution could
result in electric shock.
Do not forcibly pull on or sharply bend the connecting cable, place under heavy objects, or expose to heat or flame.
Should the insulation be damaged and the wires become exposed, please replace it.
Do not handle the Product with wet hands. Failure to observe this precaution could result in electric shock.
Do not use with travel converters or AC adapters designed to convert from one voltage to another or with DC‐to‐
AC inverters. Failure to observe this precaution could damage the charger or result in overheating or fire.
The Product can be used in areas where the ambient temperature is between 0° C (32° F) and 35° (95° F). It must
be stored at an ambient temperature of ‐20° C (‐4° F) to +45° C (113° F), and of ‐10° C (14° F) to +25° C (77° F) if the
storage is longer than 3 months. The use or the storage of the Product at different ambient temperatures than
those recommended can damage the Product and/or reduce the battery’s lifespan. In a context of very warm
temperatures, over indicated range, like in a car during summer, the battery of the product could deteriorate itself
and could explode. Do not put the product close to a heating device, like an oven or a radiator.
Use the provided cable
When connecting the cable to the Product connector, only use the cable provided or sold by Tamaggo for that
purpose.
Attention to the break
Do not use the Product if it is damaged or broken. Do not intend to replace the battery. All inappropriate
intervention or modification on your Product can void the warranty and expose yourself to an injury. If you wish to
obtain some information regarding the possibility to fix your Product, please contact your seller or contact
Tamaggo via the Tamaggo website.
Avoid contact with liquid crystal
Should the LCD display break, care should be taken to avoid injury caused by broken glass and to prevent liquid
crystal from the display touching the skin or entering the eyes or mouth. If such a situation should arise, rinse
abundantly with water and consult a physician.

Use appropriate communications modes
In locations such as airplanes and hospitals, observe the regulations concerning the use of wireless
communications and switch off such modes as may be prohibited.
Throw in an appropriate manner
This marking means that the Product is an electronic device and should not be put with other waste without
consideration. In order to protect the environment and the livings of an inappropriate exposure, use only
responsible solutions for treatment and recycling available in your area of living.

All intellectual property rights in the Product and Software are owned by Tamaggo and/or its affiliated companies
(“Licensor”) and its suppliers and licensors.

may be trademarks or registered trademarks.
