Using the Mouse
Installing the Batteries
(A) Remove the USB receiver from battery compartment at the bottom
of the mouse.
(B) Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
(C) This mouse is a plug and play device. It will automatically operate when the
USB receiver is connected to the computer.

Remove the battery cover from the back of the mouse.
Insert the supplied batteries, making sure that the positive (+) and negative
(-) ends of each battery match the polarity indicators inside the battery
housing.
Replace the battery cover into position until it “clicks” irmly into place.

Safety Measures
Power On:
Slide the power button to ON position.
Never point the optical sensor toward the face, particularly the eyes, to avoid
possible injury.
Power Of:
Slide the button to OFF position.
Power Saving Mode:
After an extended period of time, if the mouse is not used, it will automatically
enter power saving mode to conserve power and increase battery life. Click on
any mouse button to resume the normal operation. The mouse may take a few
seconds to reconnect with your computer.
NOTE: WHILE THE MOUSE IS FUNCTIONING, OPTICAL LIGHT IS VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE. BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE EMITTER HOLE WHILE THE MOUSE IS ACTIVE.
Battery Life Indicator
The low power light will start lashing when less than 5% of the battery power
remains. Replace the batteries as soon as possible.

Thank you for your purchase. Targus warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free
from defects in materials and workmanship and, during the speciied warranty period, lasts as

repair, replace, or refund with the same or a similar product (or part) of no lesser quality and ship
it to the original purchaser at Targus’ expense. As part of this inspection, proof of purchase will
be required. There is no charge for inspection. To make a warranty claim, please contact Targus
Australia or New Zealand (see details below), or return the product to the place of purchase. The
original purchaser must bear the cost of the delivery to Targus.
Under Australian and/or New Zealand Consumer Laws, in addition to any warranty Targus gives,

Installation des piles
(A) Enlever le récepteur USB du compartiment à piles en dessous de la souris.

Mise sous tension :
Faire glisser l’interrupteur à la position «ON».
Ne jamais pointer le capteur optique vers le visage, surtout les yeux, pour éviter
les blessures potentielles.
Mise hors tension :
Faire glisser l’interrupteur à la position «OFF».
Mode d’économie d’énergie :
Après qu’une période prolongée s’est écoulée sans utilisation de la souris,
elle passera automatiquement au mode d’économie d’énergie pour conserver
l’électricité et augmenter la durée de vie des piles. Cliquer sur n’importe quel
bouton de la souris pour reprendre le fonctionnement normal. La souris pourra
prendre quelques secondes pour se reconnecter à votre ordinateur.
