Depending on the option chosen the light can be turned on as an alternative to automatic Uperaliurl. To manually override motion detector: Turn off wall switch for at least 5 seconds, turn on wall switch lor at least 5 seconds to enter in Test mode. Turn switch on and back on quickly. this puts receiver ln Auto mode. Or alter 3 minutes this option will automatically turn to Auto Mode To enter in to Manual mode. turn wall switch ott, on, oft. on, off and on quickly. To return to Auto Mode motion detection: Turn power efr and back on qulckly. 0r afler 5 hours this option will automatically turn to Auto Mode. TRANSMITTER ADJUSTMENTS Test Mode Sllde 3 way Switch to Test. to deactivate the photocell and allow the motion detector to Iunctlon in daylight lur time and sensitivity adlustments. Automatic Mode Slide 3 way switch to Auto, to activate the photocell and allow the motion detector to function. Dusk to Dawn Mode Slide 3 way switch to D-D. to activate the photocell and deactivate motion detector. This fixture will now work as a dusk-to-dawn fixture. The light will come on at dusk and go of! at dawn. The photo cell will automatically adjust tor seasonal daylight changes saving energy. Sensit ity Adiustmant This button DH IE", marked by “S", adjusts the distance ol detection desired. NOTE: Occasionally. in severe lrlgid temperatures Hows ol warm air passing trio motion detector may cause light to cycle on and on due to extreme temperature change. This is not a sign or a problem. This infrequent occurrence will not altect normal operation at unit. Detection range varies trom day to day. 1. Motion detector operates by sending temperature differences. The temperature contrast or body and surrounding conditions is subject to diiterent seasons. Thererore, it may be necessary to make seasonal adjustments to the motion detector.
