 Energy Saving Mode (Auto Power System-APS)The unit will automatically switch off after 30 minutes in the following situations:1. There is no singing into the microphone;2. The Bluetooth music has been stopped.The unit can be switched on again by pressing POWER button. APS is for energy saving purposes.Troubleshooting GuideShould this unit exhibit a problem, check the following before seeking service:No Power• Power is not on; press the POWER button to turn power on.• Confirm that the unit is charged. No Sound – General• Volume is set to minimum; raise volume of your Bluetooth music device by its volume control. No sound from the microphone• Microphone volume is set to minimum; raise microphone volume by sliding  VOL  button up. Bluetooth reception failure• Put the external Bluetooth device close to the unit.• Pair the unit with the Bluetooth Device as the procedures stated in this manual.EXIT “TRY ME” MODEPress and hold the POWER button 4-5 seconds or charge the unit to exit the “TRY ME” mode.CHARGING THE UNIT1 Lift the rubber cover on the side of the unit. 2 Insert the included USB charging cable into the unit micro USB port v. 3 Plug the other end of the cable into computer USB port or other USB charging device (not included). We recommend to charge the unit 4 hours to ensure it is fully charged. 4 The speaker will light in red and slowly flash while the unit is charging. The light will change to solid red once the unit is fully charged.NOTE: Please charge the unit when you see the light on the speaker flashing red.Before you get startedLINE IN CONNECTIONThis  unit  is  able  to  connect  your  favorite  audio  device  (e.g.  iPhone/Tablet/MP3 player,etc.).  You  can  connect  your  device  by  3.5mm  audio  cable  w  (cable  not included). LINE IN function is automatically selected once the audio cable is plugged in.Warning- To avoid excessive over amplified sound output, it is recommended that the volume control is initially adjusted to one third or less and then increase if required.uvwOperation1 Press the POWER button to turn the unit on (either one of the microphone); the light on the speaker flashing blue. LIGHT MODE2 Press the DUETS button repeatedly to select mode as follows:Light Mode 1: The speaker will light up with changing light colors. When there is music playback or singing, the lighting will flash with the audio signal. Light Mode 2: The speaker will light up with color changing lights continuously. Light Mode 3: The light will be turned off.5 The microphone can be easily located on top of the unit. You can always sing through it when the unit has been switched on. 6 You can adjust the microphone volume by sliding the VOL button.7 You can slide the ECHO button to adjust the echo effect to your voice.8 Press and hold the POWER button to turn the unit off; all lights will turn off. UV++ +3 CONNECT A BLUETOOTH DEVICE            Switch on the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth compatible device within three feet of the unit. You will see “Singing Machine DUETS” appear on your device’s search list.Select “Singing Machine DUETS” to start pairing. Wait for the completion of the pairing until you hear a indicating sound from the microphone. Note: When both microphones have been switched on, you can only pair one microphone.Press POWER button to disconnect the bluetooth device.TO ADD ANOTHER MICROPHONE TO PERFORM DUETSSwitch on the another microphone. Press and hold the DUETS button on either one of the microphones within three feet of the other microphone. Note: No music playback during microphones pairing process.4 Turn both microphones on. The speaker will light up           with indicating light colors. Press and hold the           DUETS button on either one of the microphones within three feet of each other. Wait for the completion of the pairing until you hear a indicating sound from the microphone. Switch on the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth compatible device within three feet of the microphones. You will only see one “Singing Machine DUETS” appear on your device’s search list.Select  “Singing  Machine DUETS” to start pairing. Wait for  the  completion  of  the pairing until you hear a indicating sound from both microphones.Note: Press and hold the DUETS button to switch off the DUETS mode.Notes:- If your Bluetooth device prompts you for a passcode during the pairing process, please enter “0000” to connect. If pairing fails, repeat steps. If you have paired before, a list of previously searched results will be displayed. Select “Singing Machine DUETS” again. On some Bluetooth devices (i.e.,computers), once pairing  is completed, you must select your Bluetooth device as “Use as Audio Device” or similar.- Ensure any other Bluetooth devices are turned off to avoid accidental pairing.- Please always refer to the user manual of your Bluetooth device for detailed instructions. MUSIC PLAYBACK AND MUSIC VOLUMEMusic selection  and  music  volume  can  be  controlled by  your Bluetooth  Device.
