Central Air Conditioning The ThermoPack provides you with the comfort and convenience of not only a quality furnace, but state-of-the-art electric central air conditioning as well. Air conditioning, which was once a luxury, is now a necessity to keep your home pleasant all summer long. One Unit for All Seasons ThermoPacks provide you with increased air conditioning efficiency — up to 14 SEER, which saves you energy over older, less efficient units. The ThermoPack also enhances your comfort by ensuring long unit life and quiet operation with a Copeland scroll compressor which pumps the refrigerant through the system. The ThermoPack™ combination heating and air conditioning unit is engineered to provide year-round comfort for your home. This high-efficiency system starts paying for itself with easy outdoor installation and significant fuel savings over older heating and air conditioning units. Since all mechanical functions are outdoors, its operation is remarkably quiet. Plus, the ECM blower motor’s variable speeds than mean your ThermoPack blower can operate at a lower speed than conventional blowers providing you with a much quieter system. ThermoPacks are environmentally friendly using the new non-ozone depleting R-410A refrigerant. Plus, they use less electricity reducing the pollution from power plants and are quieter than other outdoor units cutting down on noise pollution outside your home. Comfort Comfort is the purpose behind any heating system. “Temperature rise” makes the difference between feeling warm, comfortable air from the registers in your home or the feeling of cool drafts blowing across you when the furnace is on. (It is the difference in air temperature from the point where it enters the furnace to the point where it exits.) The higher the temperature rise — the warmer the air when it enters the rooms of your home. The ThermoPack has a 70°F temperature rise when operating on high fire. This is an air temperature up to 30°F warmer than the competition — providing a far superior level of comfort. The ThermoPack’s variable speed blower also provides exceptional comfort by gradually ramping up to speed, avoiding that undesirable blast of air in your home and saving on your utility bill each month. Warranty The proven longevity of Thermo Pride’s heat exchanger, combined with the Limited Lifetime Warranty and 10-year warranty on the air conditioning compressor, condenser and evaporator coil, virtually eliminates the worry of ever having to replace your ThermoPack. If you sell your home, the warranty will automatically transfer to the new owners. Thermo Pride units also come with a “Peace of Mind” 5-year parts warranty.
