Re: Compliance Statement in Car Manual
Dear Sir,
Our product RO—1TY—1 is a transmitter for a vehicle security system for cars, Since it will be
already installed in cars (as original equipment) when it will be placed into the us, market we
must hereby request that the following statements per CFR 47, Part 15 must be added to the
car's manual. This is a requirement from the Federal Communications Commission in
Washington, 0.0:
Per CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15.21 the following statement must be added to the car
manual:
“CAUTION TO USER: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment."
Per CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15.19(a)(3) the following statement must be added to the car
manual:
“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subjea to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation."

Dear Sirs,
Our product MOZRO—1TY-1 is a transmitter for a vehicle security system for cars. It
will be already installed in cars (as original equipment) when it will be placed into the
US market.
We, Tokai Rika Co., Ltd, confirm that we do not issue any users manual and no
advertising literature for this product
Complicagce Statement (FCC rules 15.19(a)[: Because our transmitter is too small to
place the compliance statement on it and because we do not issue any users manual
for our transmitter. we hereby confirm that we will inform the car manufacturer that the
complicance statement must be included in the users manual of the car. The car users
manual is used as a replacement for our products users manual,
Information to user LCC rules 15.21 and 154 1 051m); We confirm that we will inform the
car manufacturer that the information of paragraph 15.21 and the caution statement of
paragraph 15.105(b) must be included in the users manual of the car.
The car users manual is used as a replacement for our products users manual.
