OPERATING INSTRUCTION FOR WIRELESSF HEADSET
CHARGING
- The red light is displayed during charging. It turns off when the battery is fully charged.
BATTERY LOW
- When the battery is running out of power, the red light flashes every 2 seconds and the low tone
beeps each 5 seconds.
TURN ON
- Press and hold function key for 2 seconds. The blue light flashes 5 times briefly and rapidly, then
blue light flashes one time every 3 seconds. The headset beeps twice with the high tone.
TURN OFF
- Press and hold function key for 2 seconds. The red light flashes 5 times briefly and rapidly, then red
light turns off. The headset beeps twice with the low tone.
PAIRIN G
- Please keep the distance at least 15 cm between headset and your Bluetooth phone for pairing.
- Tm'n off the headset before pairing.
- Press and function key for 2 seconds, the blue light flashes 5 times briefly and rapidly, then the red
light and blue blight flash in turn to indicate the headset is ready for pairing. The headset beeps 2
times with the high tone for twiee‘
- Start the pairing process according to the user’s manual of Bluetooth phone. The pass code is 0000.
- Your phone will find the “Pioneer Headset” afier you selected the “Discover” in your Bluetooth
phone to search a Bluetooth device. Confirm this.
- Enter the pass code 0000.
- You can check the phone if pairing was successful
- If pairing was unsuccessful in 60 seconds, headset will leave pairing mode automatically.
MAKING A CALL
- Using the key pad of phone
- Turn on the headset and make the call by using your phone in the normal way.
- Using voice dialing
I. This function is only available if your phone supports voice dialing.
2. You have to set up voice tag on your phone before activate voice dialing.
3. Turn on the headset.
4. Press and release function key, you will hear atone to indicate that you can say the desired name
(voice tag).
5. Say the voice tag
ANSWERING A CALL
- Press and release function key after you hear the ring tone. The blue light flashes briefly and
rapidly 4 times every 3.5 seconds during the conversation. The headset beeps once with the high
tone.
ENDING A CALL
- Press and release function key, the blue light flashes every 3 seconds. The headset beeps once with
the high tone. '
OR
~ End the call by using your phone in the normal way.
CALL-WAITING
Press and release function key once to switch between calls. The headset beeps once with the high tone
when pressing function key.
ADJUSTING THE EARPHONE VOLUME
Press the volume up key to increase or the volume down key to decrease the volume. The headset
beeps once for each adjustment with high tone.
MUTE
1. Press and hold either the volume up key or the volume down key for 2 seconds to mute the call.
The headset beeps with the low tone continuously during mute.
2. Press and release either the volume up key or the volume down key to resume the call. The headset
beeps twice with the low tone.
