Toshiba Storage Device Division introduces the industry’s most advanced HDD to

date. (August 2007).

The MK2552GSX reinforces Toshiba’s technical and manufacturing expertise by

offering 254 Gigabits of data per square inch. The 250GB in a 9.5mm form factor has

been achieved through advances in the magnetic media used in the HDD platters

and the components utilised to read and write data.

Weighing 102 g (max), Toshiba’s MK2552GSX 250GB hard disk drive breaks current

capacity barriers, providing a compact and solid solution for notebooks and small

form factor PCs, set-top boxes, external storage and much more digital applications.
