The above product is a vehicle immobilizer system, and it will have been
installed in cars before it is placed into the market.
We hereby assure that the following caution statement as per CFR47, Part 15,
Paragraph 15.21 is included in the owner’s manuals of the cars equipped with
the product:
The title “CAUTION TO USER" or ‘FCC WARNING:" “NOTEz” or
relevant title and “Changes or modifications not expressly approved by
the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment."
In addition, we also assure that the following statement as per CRF47, Part
15.19(a)(3) is also included in the same manuals:
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210
of Industry Canada. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
1) This device may not cause harmful interference
2) This device must accept any interference received including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
