1 Flow-Through Design

Air flows directly through the humidifier and across

the pad where the proper amount of moisture is added

and circulated in the indoor air. This design helps limit

mineral build-up for worry-free operation.

2 Controlled Moisture Distribution

Introduces fresh moisture, as a vapor, into the air to

maintain the correct level of relative humidity in your home.

3 Replaceable Pad

Water flows through and moisture is evaporated into

the air. Can be easily accessed for annual replacement.

4 Built-In Fan (Power Humidifier)

Quietly moves heated air across the humidifier

pad efficiently and effectively, independent of

the furnace blower.

* Relative humidity settings are based on double-pane windows or single-pane

windows with storm windows. These settings reduce the likelihood of

condensation forming on the windows inside a home.

Understanding relative humidity.

Relative humidity is the actual percentage of moisture

in the air compared to the maximum moisture it can

hold. For example, if the air contains only half of the

moisture it can hold, it is at 50% relative humidity. The

chart below suggests the most comfortable, most

effective indoor relative humidity settings, which are

easily achieved with a Trane total home humidifier.
