INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing WTR-1000 HDMI Wireless sender. Your satisfaction is very important to
us. WTR-1000 is designed to make the use of your HDTV equipment more comfortable.
WTR-1000 is the ideal product for HD wireless application. Sometime you will find cable connection
is not suitable, long HDMI cable is not available, or cable connection is not an option. You can use
WTR-1000 for you HD wireless application. For example, Home Theater, cross room HD wireless,
meeting room, or game room application.
WTR-1000 now supports Miracast™ Wireless Display. You can launch the wireless display
application on a Miracast™-compatible Smartphone, tablet. allows you to send image or video on your
Smartphone to a HDTV. Anything shows on the Smartphone will also show on the HDTV.

Connection : Miracast Mode for Smartphone
Step 1: Connect HDMI cable from HDMI output to HDTV.
Step 2: Connect USB Power cable (attached) the micro USB end to the power port of WTR-1000
Receiver Box and the USB A to the USB port of TV, Set Top Box or power adapter with USB A
port.
The LED of WTR-1000 Receiver Box will light on and state into Miracast Mode but at this moment
WTR-1000 Receiver Box is not connected to your Smartphone yet.

Step 3: Turn on your HDTV TV and select the correct HDMI input.
Note:
(1) When you power on the receiver box, the priority is scan transmitter source in 12 seconds. If not
found any source , it will into “Miracast Mode”.
(2) Push the button of “MODE” will change into “Wireless AV Mode”, If you do not power on the
transmitter source to connected in 2 minutes, after state will auto into “Miracast Mode”.
Operation : Miracast Mode for Smartphone
PAIRING YOUR WTR-1000 Receiver Box
EX: Samsung™ Galaxy S3 (support AllShare™ Cast)
1. Tap on the “Settings” of your Smartphone and make sure that the android version of your phone is
upgraded to the Android version 4.1.2 or above . (If your android version of Samsung
Smartphone is 4.1.2 or above, AllShare™ Cast is built in and workable with WTR-1000)
Tap on the Setting and go to “More settings”, then select “AllShare Cast”. And You can find the
available devices name: AV Receiver-XXXXXX.
2. Select the available devices _ AV Receiver-XXXXXX and into Connecting….
3. When the pairing is finished successfully. You will see the Screen of Smartphone on your HDTV.
Note:
1. Owing to the generic version of android, Miracast is supported in version 4.2.0 and above.
So if your Smartphone can not connect to WFD-1000, Please check the version is correct
(4.2.0 and above). If the version is not the right version (4.2.0 or above), you are encouraged
to ask or wait the device vendors to release the new O.S to support Miracast.
2. The effective range of WTR-1000 Miracast Mode is 30 feet (L.O.S), if WiFi signal in your area
is too strong or too crowded, the distance and the quality of Picture quality will decrease.
3. If you want to set to factory default, please press MODE button for 20 seconds.
ATTENTIONS
1.Not all Smartphone can support WiFi Miracast™. Please make sure the Smartphone that you try to
use with WTR-1000 Receiver Box can support Screen output.
2.Some Smartphone(Android 4.1.2) may not support Miracast™ function. When you try to upgrade the
O.S. to the Smartphone, Please make sure the Smartphone vender that they have been released the
function or not.
3.If the USB port on HDTV can not supply enough power, please connect to the USB port of HDTV
which is for hard drive connection OR use the Smartphone's power adaptor for powering.

Connection : Wireless AV Sender Mode for HDMI Source
Step 1: Use HDMI cable to connect the HDMI IN of WTR-1000 Transmitter to a Source device
(Satellite receiver, CATV STB, BD player, PS3, XBox…) , if you want to watch the source
program on the same time , you can use another HDMI cable connected the HDMI OUT to
display (HDTV).
Step 2: Use HDMI cable to connect the HDMI OUT of WTR-1000 receiver to a display device (HDTV,
Projector…)
Step 3: Connect a DC 5V/1A power adaptor to the Power Jack (MicroUSB) of WTR-1000 Transmitter.
Step 4: Connect USB Power cable (attached) the micro USB end to the power port of WTR-1000
Receiver Box and the USB A to the USB port of TV, Set Top Box or power adapter with USB A
port.
Step 5: Connection Finish. If you can not get image on your display device, please pairing the TX and
RX first.(Press the MODE button of RX box to pairing and press the MODE button of TX box).
Operation : Wireless AV Sender Mode for HDMI Source
A. Insatllation
1. Make sure your input AC voltage conforms to the adaptor specifications.
2. Only use the power adaptor provided with the WTR-1000. If you use your own adaptor,
make sure the power output is 5V DC, 1A centre positive.
3. With direct line-of-sight, the maximum range of A/V signal transmission can reach up to
about 100 feet, and this distance would be shortened by obstacles or walls placed
between transmitter and receiver. (The optimum indoor range is under 30M)
B. TX & RX Pairing MODE
1. First Press “MODE” button on the Receiver BOX to pairing mode .You will see message
“Connection” on screen.
2. And then Press “MODE” button on the Transmitter BOX for a second and wait for Atuo connection.
Note:
Please do not cover both WTR-1000 Transmitter and Receiver with any object. Because those
object could block the air circulation.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. When there is no picture presented, please:
 Make sure the direct connection from source device to sink device can work properly.
 Check if all connectors are connected well; check if all cables can support the transmission speed.
High Speed HDMI cables are recommended.
 Unplug the power cable to restart WTR-1000.
2. When there is no sound:
 Please try to adjust the volume of TV.
 Check cable connection to see if it fits properly.
 Check cable to see if it supports video transmission only (DVI) or it is damaged already.
 HDCP may not match very well at first connection; please unplug the power cable to restart
WTR-1000.
3. If the image is unstable, or snowing image shows on screen.
 You might get interference form other wireless device or heavy power consumption house ware
(ex. WiFi Router, Microwave, air conditioner…). Please keep WTR-1000 away from those
sources of interference.
 The wireless transmission distance may be too far or blocked by wall or other object. Please
place WTR-1000 at other location where you can get good signal and video quality.
 Please change the direction of Transmitter and Receiver to get better reception.
4. If the wireless connection fails.
 Please make sure the power of source device which you want to use is turned ON.
 Unplug the power cable to restart WTR-1000.
