Operating and Safety Instructions for the Joey T3 and Accessory Charging Cable
* Read allinstructions and wamings prior to using this product, improper use of his product may resut in product damage,
excess heat, toxi fumes,fre or explosion, for which damages you (‘Purchaser), and not Joey Energy (colectivaly
"Manufacturer) are responsible—
* The Jory USB charging cable should be used whenever possible. Third party USB cables have various qualiy standards
imiting functionalty and preventing fast charge rates. Do not use damaged or cut cables or cables that get hot during use.
+ Avold storage in high temperature environments, incluing automobiles or direct sunlight. Do not place product i fre, or
elothes dryer or other hot locations.
«: The Joey 13 is water resistant, but not waterproot. Avoid submersion of the unit in a iquid.
+ The Joey T3 i designed to go into a hibemation (deep sleep) mode if lef for long periods unused or when in an extremely
low charge state. Awaken by plugging into an AC wall outlt for 1—30 min.
+ t is recommended the Joey 13 be charged and discharged requlary t optimize the operating lfe (at least once every
three momhs}. Leave Joey partlally charged during storage @ LED‘s I}.
+ Recycle the Joey T3 uit where you recycle other personal electronics. Many electronics retalers, hardware stores and
muricipalties offer ths service. An Intornet search can find locations near you. The Joey T3 unit contains a Ithium—
polymer battery, do not disassemble, reeycle the whole unit
* Do not attemp to disassemble, replace, repai or moify any part ofthis product.
* Do not attempt to charge unit using any method, apparatue or comnection other than the device‘s USB connectors. Always
charge Joey with a Gertfled Class 2 power source. Do not cut, disassemble or damage the cable. ifthe main cable is cut, torn
or damaged in any way do not use the product

WARRANTY
Limited Product Warranty Terms
All Joey Energy hardware products carry a one (1) year Limited) Warranty against defects in materals and workmanship. No
warranty, expressed or mpled, is made regarding our product s merchantabilty or ftness for a particular purpose or use wih a
particular device, cable or accessory.
Exclusions and Limitations
By purchasing a Joey T3, you acknowledge that you have had an opporturity to review Joey Energy‘s warranty terms, having
done so to the degree that you need to be familar with them, and you accept their tems and conditions, inclucing the limitations,
exclusions, and disclaimers in tham. Gertain state laws do not allow Imitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or Imfation
of certain damages. If these laws apply to you. some or all of he disclamers, exclusions or Imiations may not apply t you. and
you might have additionalrights.
What Isn‘t Covered
Though the Joey T3 has been tested on many devices on the market today,there is no guarantee all lectronic devices wil be
compatible with Joey. Third party USB eables may not meet qualty or speed standards and Joey isn‘t warranted for use wth
them (use the included Joey USB cable}. The warranty will not cover product falure because you broke it (any defect or
malfunction caused as a result of misuse,falure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment.
Wananty does not cover incidental damages. Do not attempt to repairit ynurse\f. the warranty s veided it the Joey T3 un‘t case
is opened. Jory Energy does not warranty or provide service or support for any third party products, including but not Imited to
cell phones, smart phones, music players or tablet computers.
Repair and Replacement
We will at our discretion, repalr or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is
no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a simiar or better product at our option. If you
return your product witin the frst 30 days of purchase, you will rece ve a new replacement un‘t. After the fist 30 days of
purchase you may be sent a refurbished unit of similar Cosmetic wear.
Warranty Procedure
Before contacting us please test the Joey unit wih the included Joey cable and/or severa different cables (your problem may be
the third party cable Please ensure the Joey unitis not in Hibernation Mode. Plug nto wall outlet for 30 miutes to awaken.
Should the product prove defective, email us at support@joryenergy:com, provide a description of e problem and the product
serial numer found on the base of the unit We ean then provide a Retun Authotzation Number (RA¥. Send a eapy of your proof
of purchase, the RA® and a descripton of the problem wth the product to us at Joey Energy, 1050 Laribee Ave, Sulte 104—816,
Belingham, WA 98225, Please include your email address and phone rumber so we can contact you. Please note the serial
number on any corraspondance.
